Mobile Health has achieved unprecedented development and remarkable achievements with the clarity of policies, the change of public demand, the wide application of new technologies and the maturity of supporting industries. However, there are many problems such as lack of trust for cross-channel patients, low acceptance and use of mobile health services, and lack of awareness of self participation in medical cooperation and health management in the rapid growth of mobile medical industry. Therefore,it is necessary to research the evolutionary behavior including trust transfer, acceptance and independent participation of mobile health users based on the perspective of multiple participants interaction. Then mobile health platforms can build the trust of patients and users of mobile health services, improve the adoption process of patients and users' technology usage and service acceptance, and enhance the enthusiasm, autonomy and sustainability of multiple participants interaction around patients and users in mobile health system. Finally, the behavior evolution can be realized under the promotion of multiple participants interaction. In the stage of trust transfer from traditional medical service to mobile health of patients,a trust transfer model of mobile health users is constructed to explored the internal mechanism of how users' trust in the interactive participants and interactive environment transfers to the cognition-based trust and affect-based trust in mobile health, and how the cognition-based trust and affect-based trust influence usage intention of mobile health users has been further analyzed. Then a structural equation model has been proposed to evaluate the underlying mechanism of mobile health users' trust transfer process through empirical research and data analysis. The empirical results show that, users' trust in doctors and evaluation of other users have significantly positive effects on the cognition-based trust and affect-based trust in mobile health, users' trust in environment guaranteed institutionally has a significantly positive effect on the cognition-based trust, but not on the affect-based trust. Moreover, the cognition-based trust and affect-based trust in mobile health both exhibit significantly positive effects on usage intention of mobile health users. In the stage of patients passively accepting mobile health treatment, the acceptance and usage behavior of mobile hcalth users can be divided into the usage of the platforms and the acceptance of the doctors'services because they not only use platforms, but also accept doctors' online health services. Two evolutionary game models of users-platforms and users-doctors are built based on the behaviors of users, platforms and doctors in mobile health services, then the interactive influence mechanism of evolutionary game parameters on equilibrium of two evolutionary game models are explored through the derivation of equilibrium stabilization strategy and the analysis of evolutionary game simulation. The continuous usage of users and the expanded investment of platforms, the acceptance of users and the online service of doctors, even the equilibrium of two evolutionary game models are not only affected by the behavioral benefits and costs of users, platforms and doctors, but also affected by the additional benefits of users and platforms, the risks and losses of users and doctors which influenced mutually by the benefits and costs of two evolutionary game models. In the stage of patients participate collaboration and management of mobile health consciously,a tripartite evolutionary game model is built based on the orientation, demands and behavior patterns of platforms, doctors and users in late stage of mobile health. Then the influence mechanism of hypothesis parameters on multiple participants' interactive behaviors in mobile health are explored through the derivation of equilibrium stabilization strategy and the analysis of evolutionary game simulation. The active interaction behaviors of the multiple participants in mobile health including innovative operation of platforms, continuous service of doctors and conscious participation of users are affected by the initial state and the cost of the three parties. At the same time, the active interaction behaviors have a positive relationship with the income appreciation, the external benefits from synergistic effect of the three parties and the losses from punishment, and have an inverted U-shaped relationship with the external benefits from cooperation between the two parties.According to the research results of trust transfer, acceptance and independent participation of mobile health users based on the perspective of multiple participants interaction, this dissertation puts forward suggestions on the behavior strategies of multiple participants like platforms, doctors, patients and users in different stages,so as to promote the behavior evolution of mobile health users in the harmonious interaction system. At the same time, the strategists, profit channels and business models of mobile medical industry in different stages are clarified through the logical analysis of the evolutionary process of mobile health users' behavior,so as to promote the continuous development of mobile health industry from micro level and macro level, and finally realize and enhance the business value and social value of mobile health services.
