Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with mean height of above 4000m account for more than 1/4 of area of our territory. Especially, it is confronted with complex and inclement exterior situation, which keenly require the extensive support from the interior. The main effect of environment of plateau on human physiology is hypoxia, consequently, it is necessary to establish creative hypoxic environment simulation and medical study platform for the development of plateau medicine and application of hypoxic exposure. Base on the above platform, the filtration of the effective hypoxic preacclimatization method can be executed, and plan of hypoxic stimulus can be schemed scientifically, aiming to enhancement of ability to cope with hypoxic environment promptly.Aiming to develop the above mentioned platform, The work in the dissertation include:1?Development of creative hypoxic chamber-type environment simulation device, under the condition of normobaric, adjustment of flow of nitrogen can precisely determine the leak of air by means of the tiny pressure difference, in which way the control of altitude height in chamber can be realized, and also function-type hypoxic pattern, catering for requirement of manifold applications. The device and related technology has applied national patent.2?Application of physiological signals measurement and assessment device, for example, wearable physiological signal measurement device, with the ability to display and store the heart rate series, reflectional forehead SaO2 series, and respiratory signal, also Micro-Movement Sensitive Mattress Sleep Monitoring System to analysis sleep status during hypoxic stimulus experiment. In order to perfect the above physiological signals measurement and assessment device, a method of intelligent sleep staging, based on the pattern description of cardiopulmonary signal series and information fusion of multi-series, is presented. And, with respect to disturbances of volume pulse series, a symbol description of pulse series is presented to automated detection of disturbed segment of pulse, enhancing the credibility of physiological index. The comparison experiment is carried through to compare the hypoxic effect of mask-type and chamber-type hypoxic environment simulation device, with the result that under the same concentration of oxygen, there is difference concerning the SaO2 signal, suggesting the mask-type hypoxic device can't reliably simulate the real hypoxic environment.The applications of the platform are as follow:the analysis of physiological signals of typical adaption ability to hypoxic exposure; the relation between sleep status and hypoxic acclimatization; the "push-pull" effect of hypoxic stimulus after hyperoxic exposure and discovery three kinds of response pattern, settling a good base for the prevention of harmful influence of hyperoxia.
