China is a country with a vast territory,and plateau as well as high mountain areas with an altitude of over 3000 meters approximately account for one sixth of our total area.The climate varies greatly in plateau areas,such as coldness,strong wind and rarefied air,which constitutes a special natural environment to human body.Among the factors,rarefied air and a decrease in atmosphere and partial pressure of oxygen are the main factors that altitude environment influences organism.From seal-level areas to plateau areas,in different altitudes a series of adverse reaction may appear in some crowd,such as headache,dizziness,ahypnosis,anergy,numbness in limbs,giddiness and tinnitus;people with serious adverse reaction are likely to suffer anorexia,sicchasia,emesia,chest stuffiness,dyspnea,flusteredness,oedema and other symptoms,threatening the life.With development of our society and economy as well as demand for national defense strategy,there are increasing people going to plateau areas.Therefore,how to guarantee these people’s safety and improve the living standard and health quality of residents in plateau areas has been one of the hot spots in plateau medicine researches.This thesis carries out relative work under the guidance of Yu Mengsun’s theory related to plateau health.This thesis first analyses the features and difficulties of simulating general equipment in plateau low-oxygen environment,based on the chamber leakage with PD-fuzzy control algorithm,develops a new type of low normobaric hypoxic chamber based on the principle of high simulation degree,security,economical efficiency and easy popularization.Then,this thesis verifies the tests the optimal change rate of low-oxygen environment in which human body forms low-oxygen adaption mechanism based on testing hypoxic pre-acclimatization which effectively enhance people’s hypoxic resistance,Based on the combination of the characteristics of the human body’s adaptation to environmental changes and intermittent hypoxia training methods,the training scheme of progressive intermittent hypoxia was put forward.Then,for single assessment means of people’s hypoxic resistance,more attention to comparison analysis before and after hypoxic pre-acclimatization and neglect of analysis on the process of hypoxic pre-acclimatization training,this thesis proposes an evaluation method combining K fuzzy C-Means clustering and multi-scale entropy analysis based on routine evaluation methods.Ultimately,the paper introduces the feasilibility of the military value and civil field and relared theoretical results.The main contents include:1.For normobaric hypoxic chamber control system with nolinear,large inertia,dead time delay,uncertain object model and other features,we design and develop a new normobaric hypoxic chamber based on non-airtightness of chamber.After accurately measuring the non-airtightness of chamber,this thesis develops a control technology for hypoxic gas environment based on PD-fuzzy control algorithm by using the principle of gas molecular diffusion.Results show that the new normobaric hypoxic chamber can simulate the height above sea level between 0 and 6000m,with an error of ±35m,a longest response time of 2.52 min and robustness of over 97%,meeting the requirements of simulating low-oxygen environment in plateau areas and solving the problems of low normobaric hypoxic chamber control accuracy and difficulty in popularization.2.This thesis sets the hypoxic pre-acclimatization training for 8 persons,and proves that intermittent hypoxic pre-acclimatization,as a rapidly adaptive security program,can improve the hypoxic resistance of these persons in the altitude of 3600m.Through indicators(including degree of blood oxygen saturation,heart rate,respiratory rate,deep sleep time,awakening times and central respiratory arrest index),people’s hypoxic abilities can be measured specifically from multiple aspects.3.For progressive hypoxic pre-acclimatization lacking theoretical basis and undefined acclimatization objectives,in order to make the change rate of low-oxygen environment match with the self-organization time constant of human body,this thesis carries out the research on verifying and testing the optimal change rate of low-oxygen environment in which people form low-oxygen adaption mechanism,achieving the objective of active and rapid adaption.Result shows that the optimal low-oxygen environmental change rate has a limited dynamic scope related to the height above sea level of destination,which provides theoretical basis for relative progressive hypoxic pre-acclimatization.On the basis of this result,we propose the progressive hypoxic pre-acclimatization program below 4500m.4.In views of single method of evaluating people’s hypoxic resistance,focus on the result of hypoxic pre-acclimatization and neglect of analysis on the process of hypoxic pre-acclimatization,this thesis puts forward the method associated with K fuzzy C-Means clustering and multi-scale entropy by combining the progressive hypoxic pre-acclimatization program mentioned above based on routine evaluation methods.The result shows that K fuzzy C-Means clustering is a more comprehensive and effective method of identifying the hypoxic resistance of the organism while the multi-scale entropy can analyze the adjusting process of progressive hypoxic pre-acclimatization.In this process,it can be found that the organism has hypoxic memory.Once the organism forms the adaption mechanism to low-oxygen environment,and even if people return to plain areas,they still have memory after hypoxic acclimatization function disappears,and once low-oxygen environment appears again,the hypoxic acclimatization mechanism that the organism has built will be rapidly awakened.5.The paper introduces the military value of the achievement we has been obtained:the achievement has been in the army of 7 troops,more than 180 more than 2000 aircrew and ground crew have been successfully applied,The flight personnel who had carried on the training of the training of the hypoxia preview were not found in the moderate and severe altitude sickness,and the mild reaction was less than 10%,Based on the results of analysis of the "feasibility study" the civil service cadres hypoxia preview promotion;Elaboration and research related theories:Based on the human hierarchical self-organization function understanding plateau response,intermittent hypoxia training self-organizing system ability to adapt to the environment model,incremental intermittent hypoxic training(PIHE),and the memory fading rate of VA and the universal significance of hypoxia body to adapt to hypoxia environment changes adaptability.
