With the deepening of Chinese agricultural supply-side structural reform,agricultural production is shifting from improving grain supply and ensuring the supply of important agricultural products to improving sustainable agricultural development and developing eco-friendly agriculture industry.Grassland resources form grassland agro-ecosystem in the process of natural and social ecosystem derivation and development,which brings ecological and economic benefits to human beings.By establishing the grassland production model in the Huai River Eco-economic Zone,the ecological value evaluation of artificial grassland is of great significance to the development of the Huai River Eco-economic Belt and the agricultural supply-side reform.The main work and conclusions and results of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Firstly,this paper analyzed the status of ley farming in the Huai River Eco-economic belt,which Selected Bengbu of Anhui Province,Yancheng,Yangzhou city of Jiangsu Province as important area of Huai River Eco-economic Belt to analysis the grassland industry present situation and future trend,which Functional classification and evaluation index selection of grassland ecosystem service value in the Huai River Eco-economic Belt were carried out by AHP analysis and a hierarchical model of grassland ecosystem service value in the Huai River Eco-economic Belt was established for evaluation planted forage ecosystem service.(2)using two years field experiment for measured forage yield and quality of oats,burr medic,common vetch,hairy vetch and the analysis of the effect of forage planting on soil nutrients in order to determine the Huai River Eco-economic Belt of planted forage ecosystem services value based data and through the entropy weight method for integrated analysis of the different varieties of forage.(3)two years field experiment for comparative the different cultivate models with "burr medic-oats"intercropping,"common vetch-oats" intercropping and "common vetch-oats" mixed cropping in Yangzhou,Dafeng for evaluation the forage yield,quality and the effects on soil nutrients in order to determine the Huai River Eco-economic Belt of planted forage ecosystem services value based data.(4)using the field experiment data and survey data through land equivalent method,replacement method,the shadow price calculated to evaluate the natural grassland and planted forage ecosystem service value in Huai River Eco-economic Belt and the economic benefits of planting forage were measured by the Douglas production function analysis to compare with planting wheat for provided the theory basis for agricultural development.In this paper,the main research results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the main research results are as follows:(1)AHP analysis showed that "agricultural transformation in Huai River Basin","increasing environmental awareness of public" and "the limitation of traditional cropping system and agricultural structure" are the key factors of the development of grassland industry in Huai River Eco-economic Belt with weight of 0.2141、0.1279、0.1257 respectively."Provide food for livestock","Grass product for human" and "Soil improvement" are the most important indexes of grassland ecosystem service with the weight of 0.3102、0.1154、0.0876,which as the important index of planted forage ecosystem services value Huai River Eco-economic Belt.(2)The results of two years field experiments showed that the oat cultivar of Mulese could harvest the highest dry matter forage yield and forage quality at 1664.35 g·m-2,the crude protein(CP)was 11.49%,the relative forage value(RFV)was 137.02,the soil organic matter content increased by 15%,as for legume forages,Common vetch(runyang)could harvest the highest dry matter yield at 11041.59 g·m-2,Burr medic(huaiyang)revealed the best forage quality,which could get highest CP reached 27.81%,the rate of RFV at 176.24.Burr medic had the most significant effect on improving soil nutrients that the contents of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in soil increased by 56.25%,49.34%,24.47%and 57.19%on average,respectively.(3)In the mixed forage planting mode,burr medic intercropped with oats could obviously promote the land use efficiency and increasing forage yield.the The sowing ratio of 2:1 could increase the land use rate by 80%,The total dry matter forage yield were 2177.42 g·m-2,which increased by 28%compared with that of monoculture oat.The contents of soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and organic matter in intercropping mode were significantly higher than those in oat monoculture,which increased by 22.34%and 63.88%higher on average.(4)In Dafeng saline-alkali land,the sowing rate was 2:1 of common vetch intercropped with oats could harvest the highest the dry matter forage at 2116.42 g·m-2,the land equivalent ratio was 1.70.the CP content of oat in was 13.69%,which increased by 16.76,compared with the monoculture oats,the contents of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium and organic matter,which increased by 15.42%~34.05%,2.54%~5.13%and 28.71%~50.24%,respectively compared with the monoculture oats.(5)according to the equivalent value analysis,natural grassland ecosystem services value was 112.305 billion yuan in Huai River Eco-economic Belt," Soil improvement and conservation "was the highest index of grassland ecosystem services value with 30.249 billion yuan,the value of the Leisure and culture was the lowest index at 620 million yuan only.The evaluation of the plant forage ecosystem service in the Huai River Eco-economic Belt,common vetch,burr medic intercropped with oats the could get highest ecosystem service value at 651198.68 CNY·hm-2 and 642544.38 CNY·hm-2.(6)the Douglas production function analysis revealed that,alfalfa planting in the huaihe river ecological economic zone in alfalfa,the seed costs and agricultural machinery costs got the largest elastic coefficient at 0.5746,0.5923,respectively,which means increase 1%of input to seed costs and agricultural machinery costs,the income of alfalfa planting could be increased by 0.574 6%and 0.592 3%respectively.The total planting cost of alfalfa was 10178.67 yuan·hm2 in Huai River Eco-economic Belt,which increased by 10.58%compared with the planting cost of wheat,but the gross profit increased by 175%.Compared with wheat,the fertilizer cost of alfalfa,oat and burr medic decreased by 58.05%,24.62%and 58.06%respectively.Therefore,forage planting can be used as an important measure to promote the sustainable development of agriculture in the Huai River Eco-economic Belt.Using the winter fallow fields to carry out grass rotation can ensure the grain yield and enrich the agricultural production mode in the Huai River Eco-economic Belt,which is of great significance to the development of eco-friendly and efficient agriculture in the Huai River Eco-economic Belt.
