Construction industrialization is the way for the modernization and upgrading of the construction industry.The concrete shear wall structure system has become the preferred structural system for mid-to-high-rise buildings because of its superior mechanical properties.The precast shear wall structure system has been promoted in the development process of the construction industrialization.The fabricated ring connection concrete shear wall structure system has attracted wide attention from the construction industry due to its simple connection structure and convenient construction.However,the design theory for this structure system is still immature,especially the mechanism of the new convention and the overall seismic performance of the system still require in-depth research.To this end,this article has carried out a series of research work on the key issues of the design of the prefabricated ring connection concrete shear wall structure system.Through experimental research and theoretical analysis,the anchorage performance of the ring connection,the seismic performance of structural members and structural system were researched,the mechanical mechanism of the ring connection was revealed,the design method of ring connection,the calculation method of characteristic bearing capacity and displacement of shear wall,and the calculation and analysis method of structural system were proposed.This thesis mainly completed the following research work:(1)Research on the anchoring performance and design method of the ring connectionThe influence of different factors on the anchoring performance was obtained by carrying out the experimental study on the anchoring of the ring connection.A numerical model was established to analyze the mechanical process of typical failure modes,and the mechanical mechanism was revealed.The research showed that the force transmission path of the connection is clear,safe and reliable.A calculation method of bearing capacity considering the effect of ring rebar bonding and dowel action of inserting rebar was proposed,which could accurately predict the bearing capacity of the connection.Anchor length of the ring rebar was obtained based on the reliability analysis and design suggestions are proposed,providing a theoretical basis for design applications.(2)Research on seismic performance of concrete shear walls connected with vertical ring connectionThe ring connection was applyed to the vertical connection of prefabricated concrete shear wall members.The effects of different design factors on the mechanical properties of the connection area of the fabricated shear wall and the seismic performance of components were analyzed through pseudo-static tests and numerical simulations.Research shows that the connection could realize load transfer and is safe and reliable.The analysis results provide basic data for the calculation method of the bearing capacity and displacement deformation of the shear wall members in the system.(3)Research on the influence of horizontal connection of ring rebars on the seismic performance of shear wallsThe ring connection was applied to the connection of the edge restraint members of the precast shear wall structure system,and a test was designed and manufactured.The mechanical properties of the vertical connection and the impact on the seismic performance of the structure in the assembled shear wall structure have verified the feasibility of the design proposal of the ring connection in Chapter 3.At the same time,a connection method of edge restraining member reinforced by H-shaped steel based on ring connection was proposed.Based on the mechanics of the connection area,the calculation methods and design parameter values of the edge connection area with different connection methods are given.(4)Research on the design method of fabricated ring connection shear wall and structureBased on the theory of the bending moment of the normal section of the shear wall and the constraint conditions of the concrete in the connection area,the height of the plastic hinge area was corrected through the experimental research.A calculation formula and design parameter values for the bending capacity of normal section were obtained considering the constraints of concrete in the connection area.Based on the concentrated plastic hinge model,considering the displacement contribution of the longitudinal steel bond slip and wall shear deformation,the influence coefficient of the wing wall on the height of the equivalent plastic area was corrected,a multi-factor displacement shear deformation calculation formula and design parameter values for an assembled shear wall structure were obtained.Through the experimental research on the seismic performance of the substructure and the research on the dynamic characteristics of the building structure,it was verified that the overall mechanical performance of the fabricated structural system is basically equivalent to the overall cast-in-place concrete shear wall structure system,and could follow the basic assumptions of the integral cast-in-place concrete shear wall structure system to carry out modeling and design calculations. |
