The transformation of the forest industry city is an important component of the revitalization of the Northeast,and it is also the focus and dif ficulty of realizing economic and social structural reform of China.As the engine and carrier of the development of the forest industry city,the resource environment determines the configuration characteristics and evolution direction of urban industry,ecology,society and space.The rational development,utilization and protection of the resources and environment is the key to the successful transformation of the forest industry city.However,among resource-based cities,the pace of transformation of forest industry cities is still relatively lagging,especially for the forest industry cities clustered in the northeastern marginal location.Problems such as monotonous transition directions,unbalanced development patterns,hindered ecological restoration,loose industrial structure and the lack of gravity have greatly hindered the sustainable transformation process of these cities.The reason is that these cities have not yet formed a transformation strategy framework coupled with resources and the environment.Based on the policy background and international experience of the transformation of forest-resource-based cities,this paper takes the comprehensive measurement of resources and environment as the starting point and uses space as the context to explore the systemic relationship between resources and the environment and forestry cities,revealing the internal m echanism of ecological processes and transformation processes To identify the path of the transformation model under different conditions,and propose a space response strategy to help the sustainable transformation of forest industry cities.The thesis fo cuses on the technical route of "theoretical cognition-feature analysis-measure synthesis-pattern recognition-spatial response""Theoretical Cognition" —— From the theoretical perspective of resources and environment,research on measurement methods,the theoretical composition of forest industry transformation,and the spatial effects of transformation,it revealed the nature of the interaction between resources and the environment and the urban system.The resources and environment are systematically related to urban transformation,and a comprehensive measurement method system and technical route are proposed based on this.“ Characteristics Analysis” —— Combine the overview of natural and ecological environment,population and urbanization level,economic and industrial development,location and transportation links,regional culture and tourism resources,combining multi-sample big data and space Technology has acquired the "shape" characteristics in the transformation and development of Senggong City.By analyzing the restrictive effects of resources and environment on space,urban networks,production methods and social structures,correlation Heilongjiang Province,a comprehensive measurement model is constructed.Based on the endowment differences of resources and environment,the model measures and identifies the cluster differences of forest industry cities,and uses system mechanisms as a link to integrate transformations that face transformation patterns,ecological restoration,industrial structures,and human settlements.A collection of spatial response measures for system targets.The comprehensive measurement model of resources and environment includes two modules,4 mode pointers,26 mode identification indicators,4 spatial response methods,56 response factors,and the openness of the model system tailored to local conditions.Quantitative guidance for the transformation and development of forest industry thinking,and important nodes are discussed.Coordination a nd variability of development."Spatial response" —— Based on the differences in models,the measurement response to several basic model configurations of forest industries in Heilongjiang Province is performed on the spatial scale.For the core cities of gravity,the land space is regulated by the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and the production and marketing bases are adjusted.The city-type city promotes the organization of industrial structure and spatial transformation with the value of ecosystem changes and spatial upgrading.Supported by the theories and methods of resource environment and space ecology,the study is oriented to the economic,social and spatial transformation of the forest industry city of Heilongjiang Province in a difficult period.Through the comprehensive measurement of resources and environment and related factors of urban transformation,the internal role of resources and environment The mechanism is a method to discover the problems of the transformation and development of Senggong City,propose a problem-oriented model path,and provide a spatial response strategy to coordinate resources and environment and urban development based on the path differences.It is hoped that the research can construct the resource environment and spatial framework for the on a practical level.
