| Major cities at home and abroad fully implement the public transport priority development strategy,and give full play to the guiding role of public transport in urban function dredging and layout optimization and adjustment at present.In addition,they realize the scientific matching between the utilization efficiency of urban public resources and urban traffic carrying capacity.Setting up bus lanes on urban road sections with large passenger flow,traffic congestion and road conditions to meet the requirements has become one of the important measures to effectively alleviate traffic pressure and implement public transport priority development.However,on the other hand,Traffic researchers confirmed that after the bus lanes are set up,it will also bring adverse effects on the urban traffic network in three aspects through the observation and summary of the problems found in the management of bus lanes and related traffic phenomena for many years: causing the unbalanced operation of the public transport network,reducing the accessibility of the road network,and increasing the commuting burden of the subway network.The mitigation or solution of these three aspects is related to whether the passenger transport efficiency of bus lanes can be truly brought into full play,and whether the urban transportation system can operate effectively and efficiently.As a consequence,this paper puts forward three optimization approaches respectively.The route operation coordination approach of the bus network under the bus lane setting is put forward in order to realize the relatively balanced operation state of the bus network: It starts from the route selection behavior of the bus passengers.In addition,it intends to achieve the purpose of promoting the bus lines running in the meantime to adapt to the passenger transport efficiency of bus lanes through targeted screening of some non-bus lane stops for management planning.Besides,the coordinated line relationship in the public transport network is established to restore the balance of the public transport network.As a result,the approach can not only control the cost,but also limit the aggravation and diffusion of the influence.The overflow traffic diversion approach of the road network under the setting of bus lanes is put forward in order to improve the accessibility of the urban road network: based on the structural characteristics that the optional path set of social vehicles contains the influence range of its internal bus lanes,all the sub-areas in accordance with this feature are divided in the urban road network.Furthermore,the cases of dredging queued vehicles and promoting the transfer of car users to public transport are coordinated inside and outside the sub-area to achieve the purpose of maximizing the impact of overflow traffic on the accessibility of the road network.As a result,the approach has great advantages in improving the travel completion rate of different travel groups and the dredging of queuing traffic.The commuter flow sharing approach of subway network under bus lane setting is put forward in order to reduce the commuter burden of subway network: It starts from the choice behavior of bus commuter group to travel route and means of transportation.Besides,it is based on the bus-subway double-layer coupling network structure and establishing the passenger flow route selection model,referring to the relevant changes of travel flow in the coupling network after the setting of special lanes.This paper deduces the strategy of using the coupling sub-zone to share the subway passenger transport function in the public transportation system.As a result,the adjustment of the relationship between stations and the corresponding bus route planning based on the coupling sub-zone can indeed create a more reasonable and feasible traffic environment for the transfer of more subway passenger flow to public transportation.This thesis,based on the practical problems after setting bus lanes,studies four aspects including theory analyzation,feature extraction,method designation and method application,and the validity and universality of the method are also verified.At the same time,the prospect of the related aspects involved in the research content is put forward. |
