Influence Mechanism And Evaluation Of The Vitality Of Public Space In Characteristic Town Of Hangzhou

The characteristic town is a national strategy to promote new urbanization.The public space in the characteristic town is an important carrier for the public activities of the town residents and tourists.It is an indispensable place for the public life of the town.It is conducive to solving the practical problems of the lack of vitality and lack of attractiveness of public spaces in the development stage of China's characteristic towns.It is also in line with the direction of the new urbanization strategy proposed by our country with people as the core and urbanization quality-oriented.However,combing the relevant research,it is found that the current research on characteristic towns is biased towards the town's overall planning,architectural layout and industrial development,while there are few studies on public spaces and other human settlement environments.At the same time,there are many studies on the vitality of public spaces Focusing on cities,there is little research on towns and villages,which will not be conducive to promoting the construction of characteristic small towns and beautiful rural residential environments in the new period.Hangzhou's characteristic towns are leading the rest of the country in terms of quantity and quality.Therefore,this article takes the public spaces in characteristic towns in Hangzhou as the research object,and uses the System for Observing Play and Recreation in Communities(SOPARC)to observe the users of public spaces in towns.The characteristics of the activity,using statistical analysis and Kernel Density Estimation(KDE)method to analyze the vitality characteristics of the public space of the characteristic town from the three dimensions of population,time and space.The influence factors of the vitality of the public space of the characteristic town are proposed from the table and the inside.The elements launched a questionnaire survey,statistical analysis of the survey results,the use of Amos to establish a structural equation model,and carried out research on the impact mechanism of the public space vitality of characteristic towns.According to the influence mechanism,the evaluation factors for the public space of characteristic towns were selected,and the evaluation system for the vitality of public spaces in characteristic towns was constructed.The evaluation system was used to conduct an empirical and reverse test on Hangzhou Mengqi Town.And put forward the strategy of optimizing and improving the public space vitality of Hangzhou characteristic towns.The main research results are:1)Taking Hangzhou Dream Town,Yishang Town,Yuhuangshan South Fund Town and Longwu Tea Town as the research objects,the vitality characteristics of the public space of the characteristic town were analyzed from the three dimensions of crowd,time and space,and determined 13 factors influencing the vitality of the public space of a characteristic town.2)After factor analysis and naming of the 13 influencing factors,four categories of influencing factors were determined.The analysis of the structural equation model found that the impact values of the four major factors on the vitality of public space are: culture and landscape(1.230)> natural environment(1.221)> industrial space function(1.044)> facility services(0.825).3)According to the hierarchical relationship between categories,a vitality evaluation index system for public spaces in characteristic towns with three levels(impact factorvitality factor-evaluation index)was established;the weight of each level of indicators is obtained through the analytic hierarchy process,which is compared with the indicators.The combination of the systems has established a vitality evaluation system for the public space of characteristic towns.The evaluation system shows that the vitality indicators of culture and landscape have the highest influence on the evaluation of the vitality of public spaces in characteristic towns,followed by the vitality of the natural environment.The results of the study further examine the analysis of the impact mechanism of the public space vitality of characteristic towns.According to the evaluation system,the evaluation results are divided into five grades,namely excellent,good,medium,qualified and unqualified,and five grades of judgment criteria are formulated.4)Using the evaluation system of public spaces in characteristic towns,the vitality of five public spaces in Hangzhou Mengqi Town was evaluated.The results show that the vitality evaluation of two public spaces in Mengqi Town is excellent,two public spaces are good,and one is medium.Through reverse inspection,it is determined that the constructed evaluation system and the five-level scoring standard have strong reliability.5)According to the analysis of the impact mechanism and evaluation results,the guiding ideology,principles,strategies and design guidelines for the promotion of the vitality of public spaces in characteristic towns are proposed.The vitality of public spaces in characteristic towns is very important for the vitality of towns.The public space of the town should pay full attention to the introduction of the culture of the town,strengthen the construction of the landscape environment,protect and continue the natural landscape texture of the town,and use the industrial development of the town to promote the development of commercial activities around the public space to promote the public in the town The improvement of space vitality.The research on the impact mechanism,evaluation system and optimization measures of the characteristic public spaces in small towns in this study provides guidance for evaluating the vitality of public spaces and designing public spaces in high vitality towns.
