In recent years,with the implementation of China's green and low-carbon development strategy,the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging station has attracted much attention.The two-way high-speed data communication system of smart grid makes the operation of charging station and power grid,charging network and different power plants have the conditions of dynamic cooperative operation.The charging station also links the electric vehicle,so that the electric vehicle,smart grid and charging station become a linkage.The optimization operation decision of charging station is expanded to a comprehensive decision problem of multi system coordination and optimization.This paper combs the problems faced by the operation of charging station,puts forward and constructs several decision-making models including optimizing the operation of charging station location,user charging decision-making behavior,guiding the orderly charging of electric vehicles and improving the consumption of wind power generation,and designs the framework of relevant decision support system.It provides decision-making tools for improving the comprehensive operation objectives and efficiency of charging stations,and provides theoretical basis for the government to formulate incentive policies for charging service industry.In this paper,based on the in-depth analysis of the status quo of charging station optimal operation decision-making,charging station as an integrated power dispatching hub,the charging station dispatches the power resources of both sides of the power grid and electric vehicle users,and researches on the collaborative scheduling and optimal decision-making of both sides of charging station supply and demand.Firstly,from the perspective of optimizing operation layout charging station location,improve the utilization efficiency of station equipment.Secondly,the schedulable resources on both sides of the supply and demand of the charging station are mined from the three levels of load forecasting,load control and load transfer,and the comprehensive efficiency of the charging station operation is optimized layer by layer.The optimal operation model is constructed and solved by using the robust optimization,optimization theory and prediction theory.Then,from the charging service supply and demand side matching,supporting technology and policy incentives three aspects of charging station operation mechanism construction.Finally,based on the above research,the operation decision support system of charging station is further studied.In order to bring economic and social benefits for the operation of the charging station,solve the problems of real-time matching of charging service supply and demand,improve the utilization rate of equipment in the station,and cooperate with the power grid to absorb large-scale wind power generation.The main work and innovation achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on a large number of literature review,this paper analyzes the development status of charging station construction and operation projects in China.This paper studies the interaction between smart grid and charging station operation,and summarizes various preferential subsidy policies for charging station construction and operation in China in recent years;This paper analyzes the current situation of charging station construction and operation from the perspective of economy and technology,and looks forward to its development trend.Combined with the content of this paper,the decision-making problem of charging station optimization operation is discussed.(2)A charging station location model based on robust optimization method is constructed.From the perspective of optimal operation of charging station,the interval is limited according to the uncertain charging demand generated by urban road network,the queuing phenomenon of electric vehicles receiving charging service is analyzed,and the load capacity of charging station is increased as the progressive constraint of the model.The design example verifies the rationality of the site selection scheme,and optimizes the number of stations and equipment configuration.The model provides a reasonable location decision for the optimal operation of charging station.(3)The optimization decision model group of charging station operation system is constructed.The optimal decision-making model is constructed from three aspects:accurate analysis of charging demand,control of charging process,and assistance in grid dispatching to improve wind power consumption.The user charging decision-making behavior model,electric vehicle orderly charging(discharging)control model,and charging station collaborative grid wind power consumption model are used to integrate the optimal operation strategy of charging station with electric vehicle charging demand,charging process,and wind power consumption Multi system collaborative optimization of wind power consumption.The multi system comprehensive optimization of charging station makes full use of the ability of charging station to dispatch all kinds of resources,improves the optimal operation decision of charging station,and realizes the efficient allocation of electric energy by coordination between charging station and smart grid dispatching.(4)Research on optimization operation mechanism of charging station.The sustainable operation mechanism of charging station is constructed from four aspects:supply and demand side matching,supply and demand scheduling,incentive policy and market game.Through the establishment of efficient supply and demand scheduling,the demand side charging load is accurately estimated and the fast supply side hierarchical scheduling is realized to match the supply and demand side of charging service;The key technologies supporting the matching of charging service supply and demand are analyzed;Using demand side to optimize electricity price,participate in ancillary services,expand load response,promote the construction of power market and other incentive policies;This paper analyzes the market position,economic strategy,rights and interests of each subject in the charging station operation under the market game.To provide basis and help for the establishment of sustainable charging station operation mechanism.(5)Design the decision support system for optimized operation of charging stations.The above optimized operation model group is introduced into the model library design of the charging station optimized operation decision support system.Based on the system requirements,business processes and optimization decisions of the charging station operation,the decision support system for the optimal operation of the charging station is built.The system as a smart grid,the electric car users and renewable energy power plant operation of charging station integrated power control and scheduling decision platform,integrates the function of operating data query and online monitoring,historical data statistical analysis function,operation scheduling and coordination grid control function,the integrated optimization decision-making function as one,It provides platform support for the implementation of optimal operation decision of charging network.Big data processing and cloud computing technology are used to build an intelligent charging service platform,which integrates and mines multiple types of data in the operation of charging stations,and provides optimization decision support for the power grid,electric vehicle users,charging stations and various entities involved in the operation of charging stations.This paper aims to improve the effectiveness of charging station operation as a whole,improve the control and scheduling measures of multi system comprehensive optimization of charging station,and build the decision support system of charging station operation optimization.This paper is a theoretical supplement to the existing smart grid charging station optimization operation,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of China's charging station cooperation smart grid,users,charging service platform operation.
