The Study On The Building Planning Of Cultural Center In Provincial Area

Culture is the decisive factor of a really powerful nation, which can affect a country's development process profoundly and change the destiny of a nation. It requires not only a powerful economic force, but even more powerful cultural force to realize national development and national revival. With the reformation and development, the tide of market economy, and the continued rapid development of economic construction in China, a new upsurge of cultural construction is coming, the input of culture construction is constantly increasing, and the public cultural service system is also gradually improved. Cultural centers borned in the planned economy era, by far not meet the requirements for cultural services with poor utilization, because of backward management system and equipment, which have been gradually squeezed and defalcated in the current competition in the market economy, particularly in the cities. But as a national public welfare culture cause, cultural centers cannot be completely eliminated, they still have cultural service functions for the comparatively weaker region. Therefore, it is quite necessary how to set cultural centers in provincial area reasonably, to adapt to the current trend of socio-economic development and make the people proper place in their amateur cultural lives.This article studies on the cultural center and the related fields fully with Shaanxi province as the main study object, and with the systematology as the guidance. On one hand, it analyzes the problems and causes of the use statistically, and the intrinsic link among cultural centers at all levels in provincial area. On the other hand, it explores the characteristics of different regions, size, location, function form and space combination of cultural centers at all levels, and then, from macro, meso and micro perspective, the author tries to explore the right location, size, functional structure, spatial relations and building form, find the appropriate development model for future cultural center at all levels in provincial area.The article is divided into three parts, a total of eight chapters:The first part (including the first two chapters): the paper clears the related concepts, and reviews the process of formation and development of cultural center, under a new historical condition it briefly discusses the research status about cultural center's theory, and then the author inducts and concludes the new trends of cultural center.The second part (including chapter?): it analyzes the survey on the current situation in use of cultural centers at all levels in provincial area, summarizes the factors in lacation choice, building size, function composition and space, and then explores the causes of these problems. These provide status and useful references to further study.The third part (including the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh chapters): the paper is about building planning of cultural center at all levels in provincial area, further it puts forward the design principles and development model. First, it proposes cultural centers in country town a new development model with small scale, secularization and specialized function, simple spatial organization. Second, it suggests those in county and urban district should tend specialized, characteristic features of professional services constitute, and various combinations of spatial patterns, including the establishment principle in the urban district. Third, it proposes provincial and municipal ones should highlight demonstrativeness and guidance function, and build with other cultural facilities. Fourth, the paper has also analyzed the cultural center how to Manifest region culture in material aspect and the non-material aspect, gives the corresponding method and the way.
