The Study Of Art Form And Influence For Spherical Censer In The Tang Dynasty

Spherical censer in the Tang Dynasty has the particularity of multi-scene fusion,the appearance,development,evolution and transmission path of its art form have an impact on the ancient decorations,the ancient gold and silver craft,the ancient mechanics and the world art culture,which has research value.However,the existing research on spherical censer only focuses on the material themselves,lacking the exploration of the cultural phenomenon and the actual influence behind the art form.Since the Tang dynasty,the art form of spherical censer has been spread.This thesis studies the art forms of spherical censer in the Tang Dynasty.According to the recognizability of its standard,the derivative phenomena of the art form of spherical censers in the Tang Dynasty can be retrieved worldwide.Through field investigation,quantitative statistics,experimental analysis and sample data combined with the innovative methods of history and geography,it focuses on the characteristics and development influence of the art formsFirstly,on the basis of tracing the origin of spherical censer in culture and material,6 functional features and corresponding usage scenes have been obtained.Secondly,the study analyzes art form of spherical censer in 4 aspects:shape structure,pattern characteristics,production technology and decorative art expression which from 18 existing spherical censers of the Tang Dynasty.Thirdly,the data of 6 cases of spherical censers inside the region and 44 cases of spherical censers outside the region have been coded and counted,it based on the quantitative analysis and the regional historical background to research the spreading phenomenon and influence of the art form of spherical censers after the Tang Dynasty.Among them,inside the region,the research involves the changes of the art form for spherical censers from the late Tang Dynasty to the Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing.Outside the region,the study conducts along the Silk Road and the radiation area from the 10th to the 19th century.Mamluk region in the west and Japan region in the east are typical areas.The regional spherical censers are compared and summarized with those in the Tang Dynasty,and the related arts and crafts,incense activities,poetry and literature,and painting are involvedThrough the study of the material phenomenon of the art form of spherical censers,the extensive cultural context behind them is revealed,and the world history and map from the perspective of spherical censers in the Tang Dynasty are sorted out,which not only contains the background inside the region,but also includes the extraterritorial picture along the Silk Road and the radiating region This thesis drew the road map of the art form development of spherical censer in the Tang Dynasty It is concluded that the Tang Dynasty arts and crafts form had a practical impact on the development of world art and further enriched the academic value of humanities and arts of the ancient Silk Road.
