A Study On The Synergetic Strategy Building Of Fine Chemical Enterprise

Fine chemical industry is an indiscerptible important component of chemical industry and is one of the important underpinning industry of national economy, which involving multiple sub-industries. After many years of development, the fine chemical industry of our country has made great progress, but compared with the world’s leading enterprise we still have a considerable gap, such as strategic management, brand cultivation, technical innovation, and market development and so on. The twelfth five-year fine chemical plans has put forward to strengthen the independent innovation, to develop high performance products, to adjust and optimize the product structure, to reach the fine chemical self-sufficient rate of80%.All of these is a formidable challenge for the management of fine chemical enterprise especially the strategic management.Based on the strategic map theory, core competence theory and synergetic theory, this paper has taken the combination of the theory study&empirical analysis and qualitative description&quantitative modeling to explore the synergetic strategy of the fine chemical enterprise, which has strong theoretical and practical significance. The main contents of the thesis include:First, on the analysis of the fine chemical industry characteristics and fine chemicals traits, this thesis has discussed the strategic characteristics and strategic elements for fine chemical enterprise. The features of Fine chemical enterprise strategy incarnates as six aspects of whole, direction, arrangement, synergy, adaptation and risk with the obvious industry characteristics. The strategic elements of fine chemical enterprises involve resource capacity, management mode and enterprise culture etc.Second, the paper constructs the synergetic strategy mode for the fine chemical enterprises. With the duple effect of the environmental excitation force and enterprise internal force, the resources/management/organization/culture of the fine chemical enterprise form the RMOC synergetic strategy mode, in which all elements and sub- elements interact with each other to achieve strategic synergy for fine chemical enterprise. Synergetic strategy is a dynamic process, a kind of integrated behavior.Third, the paper brings forward the SC-SD model of evaluation of synergetic strategy. Since the fine chemical enterprise belongs to complicated system, the author, drawing on previous ideas, establishes a fine chemical enterprise synergetic strategy evaluation model according to the synergetic theory,which including index system, parameter selection, data processing and calculation formula.Forth, taking SV Company as an example, the paper made a analysis of the A’s industry status quo, has constructed the SV company three industrial cooperative strategy system including the strategic orientation, implement path, overall targets and security conditions. At last, the synergetic evaluation has been made for SV company diversification strategy.In conclusion, the paper combines the theoretical study and practical application together, innovates a new thought way for enterprise strategy study. The synergetic strategy research framework and method will offer the reference guide for similar enterprises strategic management.
