Miscibility of polyurethane-poly(vinyl chloride) pseudo-IPNs

A series of polyurethane-poly(vinyl chloride) pseudo-interpenetrating polymer networks (pseudo-IPNs) were prepared and their phase behavior, viscoelastic and mechanical properties evaluated. The pseudo-IPNs were prepared by solution mixing the urethane prepolymer, chain extender, catalyst and PVC followed by casting onto polypropylene sheets.
