| In this work. we examine the use of multipole expansion for evaluating the coefficient of the Neumann series. Alternative coefficient translation approach to avoid the low frequency breakdown is explored. A hybrid multipole method based on partial and plane wave expansion is given. An example of the application of this method is given. |
