In this dissertation, various minimum conditions (necessary conditions), sufficient conditions and steepest descent (or descent) directions in quasidifferential calculus are compared. These conditions are studied with respect to their dependence on the special form of a quasidifferential. After the bridges among the different representations of the quasidifferentials were found, it turned out that all the minimum conditions are almost equivalent and, most importantly, all of them are independent of the different equivalent quasidifferentials.
