| This study analyzed the problems and challenges affecting real estate pre-licensing educational practice in the Hawaiian Islands. The study, using survey methodology, provided both quantitative and qualitative data relating to the adequacy of real estate pre-licensing education in Hawaii to protect the public interest. The study concluded that there were some quantifiable shortcomings in certain key subjects and that some substantial changes should be made to the present system. |
