Empowering young adults through coaching at Hannam University, Deajeon, Korea

The generation of the youth today is slowly deteriorating. This can be seen as a phenomenon both in the church and in society. This problem is said to be existing in the structure of the Korean educational system. Also, the identity of Christian universities, which have taken the responsibility for Korea's modern age of education, is in an unstable situation in effectively guiding young university students regarding their future.This dissertation deals with the methods of inspiring the young adults who are preparing for their future at Hannam University. This study tries to find a watching model that can be drawn from the Bible. God calls for a person to conduct His purpose clearly and that he may have eternal life. People who receive these summonses were given the force of life to live. Thus, God gave these summonses to all young adults who are misguided from the purpose of life in the 21st Century.In order for this truth to be discovered and confirmed, a helpful from of coaching, Life Focus Coaching was developed. We will see that this is God's plan to work through the chaplain's office of Christian universities.The author will apply this project to young adults who will volunteer in for the Life Focus Coaching for the freshman group among Hannam University students, student organizations and missionary work groups. The results of this project will be discussed in the latter part of this dissertation.The ambiguity of the identities of Christian universities is due to the great number of young adult's flow of negligence. How can the author provide a solution for the increasing number of young adult's immature customs and the unestablished values of this unstable generation? This is the theme of this dissertation.This dissertation may be shown degree of development detailed via Victor Coaching School of expert group's rating. What is young adults who should seek at common interest and Christian university by analyzing precious data getting through questionnaire wishes to quote. Through questionnaire will fill sound of fresh spot of students that take part in this process. Also, I wish to result of heighten qualitative level through a comparative analysis about the change in young adult university students who experience coaching through this process. This dissertation could see a method of new employment that is an experience of campus young adult employment and a 5 year coaching study and coaching ministry from a new viewpoint for his 12 years if it is the reader's situation. The author desires that dissertation empowers more young adults of Korea's Christian religious university to find a vision of life and a target and are positive and active in his own life becomes a role that give aphasia expect. This dissertation is only the first step. Coaching ministry need to be grown more through deeper research.
