Research On Manufacturing Industry Development Mode In Heilongjiang Province Under The Background Of Low Carbon Economy

In recent years,with the continuous intensification of global resources and environmental problems,climate change has a larger impact on the economic development.As a result,low-carbon economy has become an important trend of global economic development and is also an economic issue of wide concern to all countries.The realization of low-carbon economy cannot be achieved without the low-carbon development of industry.Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of China’s national economic development and the main battlefield of energy conservation and emission reduction in the development of low-carbon economy.At present,the global manufacturing industry is at the critical point of reshaping development concept,adjusting the unbalanced structure,and reconstructing competitive advantage.How to realize the low-carbon development of manufacturing industry has become a major direction of industrial revolution.And the development of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province is facing not only significant opportunities,but also severe challenges.Therefore,under the background of low-carbon economy,it is imperative to realize the development mode reconstruction and transition development of manufacturing industry.This paper investigates manufacturing industry as the research object and reconstructing manufacturing industry mode under the background of low-carbon economy as research purpose.Based on the theoretical logic analysis of the manufacturing industry development mode reconstruction,this paper constructs low-carbon transformation development mode,the low-carbon upgrading development mode,and the low-carbon integration development mode.According to the current situation of low-carbon development of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province,the evaluation results of low-carbon innovation performance and the prediction results of low-carbon development scenario,it puts forward mode selection strategy and guarantee measures so as to provide certain theoretical support and practical reference to rebuild industry development mode and competitive advantage.Firstly,this paper systematically analyses the theoretical basis of the research on the development mode of manufacturing industry.Based on the research of low-carbon economy theory and related theory of industrial development,it analyses the development characteristics of China’s manufacturing industry under the background of low carbon economy.And it systematically analyses the status quo and scenario prediction of low-carbon development of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province.On this basis,it proposes the reconstruction of the development mode of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province.Secondly,under the background of low-carbon economy,this paper analyzes the theoretical logic of reconstructing manufacturing industry development mode normatively.And this paper builds the logic mode of manufacturing industry reconstruction development mode from three aspects of "field","the kernel",and "potential".It puts forward the design principles and ideas of manufacturing industry development mode under the background of low-carbon economy,and lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the following development mode of manufacturing industry.Thirdly,this paper constructs three modes of manufacturing industry development under the background of low-carbon economy.In accordance with the logical train of thought of"low-carbon transformation development,low-carbon upgrading development and low-carbon integration development",this paper constructs respectively low-carbon transformation development mode based on triple power,low-carbon upgrading development mode based on cluster innovation,and low-carbon integration development mode based on embedded service.Then,it systematically analyses design concept,essential elements,operation mechanism and safeguard system of each mode.Finally,this paper points out the selection strategy of manufacturing industry low-carbon development in Heilongjiang province,combining with the low-carbon development status quo,low-carbon development scenario prediction and low-carbon innovation performance evaluation of the manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province.On this basis,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of manufacturing industry low-carbon development in Heilongjiang province from promoting the triple motivation of the low-carbon transformation of the manufacturing industry,optimizing the low carbon governance of manufacturing industrial means,and deepening the low-carbon fusion of the manufacturing and services.
