After the 18 th National Congress of the Party,China advocated the strategy of innovation-driven development with great determination.The state takes science and technology innovation as an important way to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength,which has been promoted to a strategic level.Enterprises also strive for cooperation in economic practice to control costs,while they carry out innovative activities and pursue technological leadership quickly and efficiently.It is in this trend that the collaborative innovation is spreading to the whole country.The core content of collaborative innovation is knowledge innovation.At the same time,the achievements of innovation are constantly changing and spreading with knowledge as the carrier.The implementation of collaborative innovation strategy is to seize the ?knowledge? as a special strategic resource,so as to do everything possible to improve the efficiency of knowledge production and innovation.Knowledge exchange and sharing among collaborative innovation agents has become an important way to promote the progress of science and technology,that is,knowledge interaction plays an important role in it.On top of this,it can be seen that the study of knowledge interaction in collaborative innovation has strong practical needs,which is a cross-area worthy of further study.Under the background of lack of knowledge interaction subject research in collaborative innovation,this paper analyzes the behavior of knowledge interaction in enterprise collaborative innovation,and identifies the influencing factors of knowledge interaction.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to put forward scientific knowledge interaction mechanism and strategy.Based on this background,this paper focuses on the knowledge interaction mechanism in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation,which is on the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign relevant literature and investigating the enterprise collaborative innovation.Meanwhile,according to this research theme,five specific research questions are put forward: 1)what is the performance of knowledge interaction in the specific process of enterprise collaborative innovation? 2)What are the particularities of knowledge interaction in collaborative innovation? 3)What factors influence the knowledge interaction in enterprise collaborative innovation,and among these factors,what are the key factors that affect the knowledge interaction in innovation? 4)What are the rules and management implications of these influencing factors in the long-term evolution of collaborative innovation knowledge interaction? 5)Based on these key factors and evolutionary laws,what corresponding mechanisms and measures should be designed to promote knowledge interaction in the process of collaborative innovation?In response to these five problems,this paper studies the knowledge interaction mechanism in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation.The specific process of this study is as follows.Chapter 2 of this paper reviews the related research on collaborative innovation and knowledge interaction,and draws the theoretical origin and basis of this study.Chapter 3 of this paper closely combines the knowledge interaction behavior of collaborative innovation process in our country,and explains the characteristics and process of knowledge interaction.According to the content of characteristic analysis,this paper sorts out and puts forward the influencing factors of knowledge interaction in enterprise collaborative innovation in chapter 4,establishes the theoretical model of influencing factors,and puts forward the hypothesis of relevant research.The fifth chapter is the concrete content of empirical research.The relevant constructions in the model are extracted,and the corresponding scales are designed and revised according to the connotation of the constructions.The reliability and validity of the scales are tested to meet the requirements of empirical research.The final questionnaire was identified in the repeated amendments.The questionnaire survey and data statistics are also conducted in strict accordance with the operational theory of empirical research.The structural equation model is used to test the hypotheses.The concrete work includes discussing the fitting effect of structural equation model,the test of intermediate variable effect and the calculation and arrangement of influencing path coefficient.Finally,based on the test results,we get the conclusion of the hypothesis and explain the conclusion.The sixth chapter is the dynamic simulation analysis of knowledge interaction behavior in enterprise collaborative innovation.We first analyze the causal relationship and establish the causal relationship diagram.Secondly,we design the system flow chart through feedback loop,and perfect the equations in the system flow chart according to the empirical data as part of the equation coefficients.Thirdly,we run the simulation to analyze the main feedback loop and the system basic mode.Finally,the main influencing factors are discussed through the evolution rule of simulation.In Chapter 7,the mechanism is constructed.It is mainly based on the main influencing factors obtained from empirical research and simulation analysis.The specific work is to carry out the cooperative competition game analysis of enterprise knowledge interaction,and get the conclusion of evolutionary game through the discussion of dominant equilibrium strategy and the analysis of dynamic replication equation.Based on the above content,this paper explores the mechanism of promoting knowledge interaction in enterprise collaborative innovation.Many aspects of the mechanism are proposed.The rationality of the mechanism design is verified by the case analysis.Finally,some useful policy recommendations are put forward for management departments.Through the qualitative,quantitative and simulation methods mentioned above,the conclusion of this paper is obtained to answer the above five questions.The main elements of these conclusions are as follows:1)In the process of enterprise collaborative innovation,knowledge interaction has different manifestations and orderly changes.By establishing a framework model of enterprise collaborative innovation,this paper discusses in detail that the process of enterprise collaborative innovation can be divided into three stages: construction,development and maturity.The corresponding interactive forms of knowledge realization are different.The knowledge interaction in the construction stage is reflected in the knowledge search and knowledge matching;the knowledge interaction in the development stage is knowledge sharing and integration;the knowledge interaction in the mature stage is knowledge innovation and application.The content of knowledge interaction is to serve collaborative innovation.According to the goal of each stage of collaborative innovation,the knowledge interaction behavior changes correspondingly,and with the process of collaborative innovation presents an orderly and progressive evolution relationship.2)The knowledge interaction of enterprise collaborative innovation has some particularity.In the process of knowledge searching and matching,we pay attention to knowledge complementarity and strategic consistency.The main content of the construction phase of collaborative innovation is to find complementary knowledge partners around the goal of collaborative innovation,and judge whether the other party is suitable to match or join the collaborative innovation organization through the actual situation analysis.Therefore,the main premise of knowledge exchange at this stage is to find complementary knowledge,and the goal is to achieve a unified strategy of collaborative innovation.In the process of knowledge sharing,knowledge output and absorptive capability can play an important role.The ideal state to be achieved in the development stage of collaborative innovation is knowledge collaboration and resource collaboration among enterprises.Therefore,knowledge interaction among enterprises is the sharing and integration of knowledge.Enterprises need to make clear what knowledge they lack,what knowledge the other side needs,how to transfer knowledge to the other side more effectively,how to effectively absorb and digest the knowledge transmitted by the other side,and integrate with their own knowledge.Only when the knowledge sharing and integration among members can be achieved,can the innovation organization achieve the synergy of knowledge.The key of knowledge innovation and application is to internalize and add value by combining knowledge with enterprise practice.Knowledge innovation is the purpose of knowledge interaction.On the basis of knowledge sharing,the integrated knowledge can be sublimated in combination with its own practice to form new unique knowledge.This is the process of internalization of knowledge.Of course,innovative knowledge can produce innovative performance only when applied,but the application of knowledge will be constrained by the market environment.3)The influencing factors of knowledge interaction in enterprise collaborative innovation are analyzed,including: income expectation,cultural compatibility,degree of trust,capability of knowledge output and knowledge absorption,innovation platform and situation.The influencing mechanism of these 6 factors is discussed and the influence path hypothesis is put forward.Through the design of questionnaires,surveys and data validation,concrete empirical research is carried out.The results of empirical study confirm the significance of the path of influence factors.The results show that income expectation has the most important influence on knowledge interaction;cultural compatibility has influence on knowledge matching,but it has little effect on knowledge search,while trust degree has influence on knowledge search and matching.Knowledge output capability has great influence on knowledge sharing,but it has no direct effect on knowledge application;knowledge absorption capability has great influence coefficient on knowledge sharing and knowledge application,which determines the efficiency and quality of knowledge interaction.Both the innovation platform and the situation have the influence of knowledge interaction,but the coefficient is relatively small.4)By modeling and simulating the system dynamics of the enterprise collaborative innovation knowledge interaction system,the influence of the above factors on the knowledge interaction in collaborative innovation is confirmed,along with revealing some long-term evolution laws of the knowledge interaction system.(1)The learning efficiency of knowledge receiving enterprises is higher than that of knowledge exporting enterprises.Exporting enterprises put their knowledge into knowledge sharing activities too quickly,which can easily lead to premature loss of knowledge advantage.Enterprises focus too much on collaborative innovation will lead to independent innovation performance decline.(2)The income expectation index has a strong stimulating effect on the whole collaborative innovation activity.From the long-term evolution law,the income expectation can greatly improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation.(3)The decrease of knowledge output capability will seriously affect the amount of shared knowledge invested by enterprises and cause the whole innovation activities to be blocked.The stronger the knowledge absorption capability of enterprise has,the higher the positive correlation between the knowledge growth of the accepting enterprise and the increment of the whole organization's knowledge innovation will have.This is conducive to shorten the time of enterprise innovation.(4)Trust has a positive effect on the whole innovation feedback loop.Maintaining and enhancing trust will lead to a healthy increase in the amount of shared and innovative knowledge.5)The evolutionary game analysis in this paper shows that the dominant equilibrium strategy adopted by enterprises is affected by the total revenue and the total cost of investment that enterprises can get from participating in this knowledge interaction activity.The result of game analysis shows that the rational distribution and incentive system is an important guarantee to improve the enthusiasm of knowledge interaction.The analysis of the level coefficient of inter-firm relationship shows that the establishment of an efficient trust mechanism can improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of knowledge interaction among various stakeholders.Designing a coordination mechanism in line with knowledge interaction in enterprise collaborative innovation will greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge interaction.Establishing effective learning mechanism to improve the knowledge output ability,knowledge absorption ability and innovation ability of participating enterprises will help to reduce the cost of knowledge interaction and promote the smooth development of knowledge interaction.Based on the results of evolutionary game analysis,this paper develops corresponding mechanism design.Different sub-mechanisms together constitute the whole mechanism of knowledge interaction in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation.Among them,incentive mechanism,learning mechanism,trust mechanism,coordination mechanism and guarantee mechanism are complementary to each other to jointly guarantee the orderly and effective development of knowledge interaction.In order to verify the rationality of the mechanism designed in this paper,the case of Jinlong Bus Cooperative Innovation is used to illustrate.Through the analysis of several factors affecting knowledge interaction in the case,the feasibility of the suggestions of the proposed mechanism is proved.On the basis of mechanism design,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions of promoting knowledge interaction in collaborative innovation from the two angles of enterprise organization and government management.The academic contribution of this paper lies in the fact that the refinement and analysis of knowledge interaction by: 1)It makes the knowledge agent have better dynamic control over knowledge in the process of collaborative innovation,which also provides a practical basis for knowledge interaction.It is beneficial to the mining and application of tacit knowledge in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation,which provides reference for other researchers in academic circles to study the interaction of enterprise collaborative innovation knowledge.2)This paper analyzes the different influencing factors in the process of knowledge interaction from the perspective of ordered form,constructs the influencing factors model,and uses empirical research method to test the model.It enriches and expands the research results on the influencing factors of knowledge interaction among enterprises,and also enriches the theoretical research on knowledge management.3)The research combines static data empirical research with dynamic simulation analysis.Evolutionary game provides theoretical support for it.These three methods complement each other and observe the long-term dynamic evolution of knowledge interaction in the process of enterprise collaborative innovation more effectively and comprehensively,which provides a basis for mechanism design and makes the whole research more scientific and effective.Although this study answers the expected questions,there are still some shortcomings in the research.For instance,the conceptual model of influencing factors still needs to be expanded and improved;the empirical research has the limitation of regional coverage,etc.Improving these deficiencies,carrying out case studies and interacting with the impact of knowledge on collaborative innovation performance are the main directions of follow-up research.
