Research On The Generation Mechanism And Evolution Momentum Dynamics Of Advanced Manufacturing Industry

The manufacturing industry is the most important part of the national economy,and its material wealth is the foundation of the existence and development of all spiritual wealth of mankind.Advanced manufacturing industry,regarded as "the chief industry of human society",is the most advanced industrial form.The develop level of advanced manufacturing industry is related to the economic security and competitive advantage of a country.At present,China has become one of the most powerful countries in manufacturing in the world,its manufacturing value added accounted for 20% share of that of the whole world.To achieve the goal of transforming China from a great nation of manufacturing to that of great power in manufacturing,Three transformations,from manufacturing to creating,from speeding to quality,from production to brand,must be made.Besides,three problems remain to be resolved.First of all,China has the foundation of manufacturing industry,and how to give full play to this advantage and create advanced manufacturing.Secondly,how to lay out the key areas of advanced manufacturing industry under a new industry competition pattern in China.Thirdly,China is facing the problem of selecting the evolution momentum dynamics of advanced manufacturing industry in the economic stage of the new era.Based on the theory of manufacturing industry,industrial evolution,system science,ecology and dynamic system,combined with the domestic and foreign cognition of the theory,practice and method of the advanced manufacturing industry,and focusing on the solution of three baffling problems,this thesis is divided into nine chapters and the main content can be divided into six parts.The first part contains the first,second and third chapters of this thesis,which clarify the connotation and extension of the advanced manufacturing industry.Under the guidance of the four "advanced cognition",the definition of the advanced manufacturing industry has a difference in the narrow sense and broad sense.The selection of advanced manufacturing industry should conform to the "four-degree model" standard.And then,taking the four-dimensional as a basis and the evolution rule of foreign leading industries and China's national strategic orientation as the selecting standard,this thesis builds up the "414" industry extension of the advanced manufacturing industry.The second part is the chapter four,which explores the logic of the source,point and path of the advanced manufacturing industry.From the perspective of "constitution theory and generative theory",the relationship between advanced manufacturing and manufacturing industry is analyzed and the source of advanced manufacturing industry is found.And then,seizing the key point of "generating element",this thesis puts forward that the generation of the advanced manufacturing industry should meet the mechanism of the ecological evolution of the manufacturing system,the self-organizing synergy in the generation process of the advanced nature,and the super cycle of the continuous evolution,and so forth.What's more,three paths for the evolution of growth are put forward after clearing the direction and essence of the evolution of the advanced manufacturing industry.The third part is the fifth chapter,which analyzes and measures the historical foundation,the realistic foundation and the growth of the advanced manufacturing of China and gets the "production base" and the level of development of the "generator".The fourth part contains the sixth,seventh chapter,which constructs the "three power" system of the evolution of growth of the advanced manufacturing industry in China,analyzes the operation principle and function path,and measures the dynamic performance of the "three power" system.The fifth part is the substantive recommendations for the development of the advanced manufacturing industry of China.The sixth part is the summary of the thesis and the innovation points and the prospect of the research.The innovation points of this thesis are as follows: firstly,the "four nature" is put forward to make clear cognition of the advanced nature of the advanced manufacturing industry.Besides,the "four-degree" model is built to evaluate the industrial form of the advanced manufacturing industry.Secondly,the internal logic of the production of the advanced manufacturing industry is revealed,and the source,point and diameter of the advanced manufacturing industry are obtained.Thirdly,taking the "three power" as dynamic factors,the "three power" dynamic system is put forward from the perspective of the general factors and dynamic factors of the theory of the dynamic system.This thesis gets support from the major national social science fund project "Research on the development of the advanced manufacturing industry in Yangtze River city"(15ZDC022),and is the periodical research production of that project.
