The economy of our country enters into a period of rapid development.Economic boom brings human being a lot of fortune.At the same time,it uses up great nature resource and causes much pollution to our environment.The traditional extensive pattern of economic development model has been very difficult to meet the present needs.We will give impetus to industrial transformation and upgrading.In this trend,the remanufacturing industry,which is the advanced form of recycling economy and the dual purpose of protecting environment and developing economy,has come into being.Remanufacturing is a new manufacturing process on the basis of the original manufacturing,and the system input and output have a lot of uncertainty.The uncertainty prevents the mutually beneficial trade between consumers and businesses.Therefore,it plays an important role in the sustainable development strategy of the society to raise consumers' awareness and recognition of remanufactured products,and to promote and use remanufactured products.Remanufacturing,adopting the operational framework of the closed-loop supply chain,is more complex than the forward supply chain.The consumer's acceptance and willingness to pay for remanufacturing are low and the consumption demand is complex.The irrational behavior in the market makes the market for remanufactured products highly complex.Warranty is an important means to promote product sales and improve consumer confidence in products.It is of great significance to study product warranty strategy and warranty performance in complex environment.This paper takes consumer demand as the starting point and the foothold.According to the complexity of consumer behavior,the pricing of new products and remanufacturing product,the marketing channel choice,and the warranty policy for controlling the psychological characteristics of consumer loss aversion are studied closely in the environment of coexistence of new products and remanufactured products.The models may offer the theory support and practical guidance for the development of remanufacturing industry.The main contents in this paper are as follows.(1)Based on the difference of the consumer's willingness to pay(WTP)for new products and remanufactured products,the substitutability of two products is considered,and the warranty mechanism for the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system is studied in this paper.First of all,under the determined market demand environment,we analyze the performance of the different responsibility subjects offering warranty for different products.In case of distributors to providing guarantees for remanufactured product,results show that the system can achieve the profit maximum and the performance change is the most obvious.Secondly under the uncertain demand,the exogenous and endogenous price decision-making models of closed-loop supply chain are respectively discussed,and the coordination of closed-loop supply chain is realized by the buyback-warranty fee sharing contract.(2)For the matter of enterprise products to consumers,the game model for remanufacturing product with warranty policy of distribution channel is constructed.And the effect on system performance for the introduction of the product warranty and the direct channel is analyzed.The result shows that the profit of the system is greatly improved with the introduction of direct channel.(3)According to the characteristic of consumers' phychology,the marketing strategies of the manufacturer are discussed under the environment with consumer loss neutrality and loss aversion,and the product warranty is introduced.Through the comparative analysis we find that the prices and sales of new products in market environment with consumer loss aversion are significantly higher than those with loss neutrality,and they increase with the degree of consumer loss aversion.The sales of remanufactured products tend to decrease.Subsequently,we introduce the product warranty and analyze the environmental performance.(4)In order to avoid the existence of consumer psychological with loss aversion,we need to consider policies and measures to control loss aversion.First of all,in the case of the consumer loss neutral,the newsboy model of the closed-loop supply chain for profit maximization is presented based on the remanufactured product partial refund warranty policy.The optimal solution is given,and the influence of the yield and profit is analyzed by the partial refund policy.Then the model is extended to the consumer loss aversion.
