As an important part of China's economy and a new growth point,tourism industry plays an important role in people's pursuit of a happiness life.With the implementation of a series of policies to improve people's livelihood such as raising the threshold of personal income tax,the share of people's spending on travelling in the household income has increased continuously,contributing to a rapid development of China's tourism market,and in turn China is developing from a large tourism country to a strong world power in tourism.However,along with its rapid development,the tourism industry has been beset by unbalanced development and disharmony,and the incidents caused by dishonest and uncivilized management of tourism enterprises have occurred from time to time,which is a major issue affecting the industry's sustained and healthy development.Against this backdrop,this dissertation systematically studies how to construct a Chinese tourism enterprises' business credit system in order to provide a reference for tourism enterprises' business credit supervision.The main contents of the research are as follows:As a systematic concept,the business credit evaluation has been an everlasting topic,since business credit functions as a basic link in business activities.Studying the business credit with the characteristics of tourism enterprises needs to consider existing literature,covering its connotations,theoretical basis,evaluation indicators,and models.Starting from the ontology of the study,the dissertation first defines the core connotations of business credit,the theories on business credit evaluation,the business credit evaluation models and methods,the characteristics of tourism enterprises' business credit data,the logic of evaluating tourism enterprises' business credit with the theory of the internet of credit in the context of big data.The review finds that the credit issues in the operation of tourism companies led to the lack of credit in the overall tourism industry in China.The characteristics of business credit data of China's tourism enterprises dictate that it should choose a suitable method for their business credit evaluation.The busines credit evaluation system based on big data and the internet of credit has provided new ideas for solving the problems in tourism enterprises' business credit evaluation.Establishing a big data-based business credit system for tourism enterprises is a new trend in the national tourism supervision.Against the background of the rapid development and application of the internet and big data,the construction of tourism enterprises' commercial credit system involves delineating the structure and contents of tourism enterprises' business credit information system,the evaluation system and the index system respectively.The tourism enterprises' business credit information system mainly refers to the collection and pretreatment of large-scale data on business credit information of tourism companies,with multi-dimensional business credit information including the government supervision information of tourism enterprises,the transaction information of tourism enterprises,and the practice of these companies.Tourism business credit evaluation system mainly discusses the process of business credit evaluation and the general logic of business credit assessment model selection.As to creating tourism enterprises' business credit evaluation index system,it should take into account the data features and scenario settings,and should include not only the traditional financial indicators,but also the internet-based big data mining indicators.Based on this,the assessment of business credit of tourism enterprises can be conducted and a new business credit evaluation system for these companies is to come into being.The types of business credit assessment models and methods are rich,but they invariably spring from traditional methods of credit evaluation,which are still the mainstream methods used in business credit assessment.However,with the fast development of the internet commerce,the constraints on accessing data has been gradually removed by related,and accordingly,the evaluation of business credit is demanding new innovative methods.The characteristics of the tourism enterprises' business credit evaluation based on the internet of credit are that its information comes from different media;the data gained through the internet credit retrieving technology enters the internet database and then enters the credit evaluation system of the tourism enterprises through a series of data processing.Therefore,designing the evaluation model of tourism enterprises based on big data and the internet of credit requires considering the data sources,index system,and application scenarios.The establishment of the tourism enterprises' credit evaluation system and the design of the evaluation model need to be tested and applied in practice,and the safety of the evaluation system and the robustness of the model are important issues that deserve attention.Therefore,this research employs experimental data and survey data to test the safety of the assessment system and the robustness of the assessment model and then optimize the design.In operating the empirical test,the method of determining weights by experts is adopted,and the sensitivity analysis of indicators is carried out by setting the number of people in network evaluation and the weight of financial data indicators to increase the adaptability and rigor of the model.The test finds that the model can amply fulfill the purpose of completing a comprehensive assessment of the sampled enterprises' business credit: the companies with large platforms,diversification strategy,flexible mechanisms,and strong corporate personnel rank in the top,while the ones with the small platforms,single business structure,and inflexible mechanisms rank low;the number of people in network assessment has a great impact on the assessment results,so obtaining more detailed and accurate data can greatly improve the assessment;the reduction of the weight of financial indicators has an impact on the assessment results,too.Improving tourism enterprises' business credit evaluation system can start from establishing a business credit platform for Chinese business enterprises,with emphasis on creating Chinese tourism enterprises' business credit database,business credit information sharing system,business credit supervision system,and financial derivative application for business credit.This tourism enterprises' business credit platform can adopt a hierarchical and modular design;the construction of business credit database needs to take into account the collection and analysis of the credit information as well as the formation of the database;the construction of the tourism enterprises' business credit information sharing system requires the coordination between enterprises and government agencies;the supervision of business credit of tourism enterprises should institute specific and cross-agency measures in the spirit of joint disciplinary policy of the State Council;the derivative application of business credit of tourism enterprises needs to integrate the theory and technology of the internet of the credit to explore ways of evaluating and circulating credit assets such as securitizing tourism assets and setting up investment funds for tourism industry.The construction of China's tourism enterprises' business credit evaluation system is both an application of the theory of the internet of credit in a typical industry and an innovative attempt to improve tourism enterprises' business credit practice in the context of a fast development of big data.Thus,it is of great significance in both perfecting application of business credit theory and guiding tourism enterprises to enhance credibility.With the implementation of China's national big data strategy and the business credit system construction policy,further practical research should be done on the application of the theory of the internet of credit to the pilot projects of regional and national tourism enterprises.
