On The Innovation Of Convergent System In The Modernization Of Industrial Structure

Since modern times,the realization of China's modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has been the long-cherished aspiration of generations of Chinese people.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)sets out two centenary goals and sets a timetable for China's modernization drive,namely,to basically achieve socialist modernization from 2020 to 2035,and to turn China into a great modern socialist country that is prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful from 2035 to 2050.The modernization of industrial structure is an important content of the construction of modernization with Chinese characteristics and an important part of China's modernization development.We should realize that the road of modernization is not only the western way of modernization,and the modernization of industrial structure should not only be carried out in accordance with the western mode of industrial structure modernization.Institutional innovation is an important part of modernization.Since the 1980 s,new institutional economics has revised the classical assumptions of neoclassical economics and brought institutional factors into the category of general economic analysis.The successful experience of reform and opening up also shows that institutional factors play an important role in economic growth.What's more,institutional innovation without institutional innovation leads to bigger problems.According to the historical development experience,if we want to maintain the high performance of industrial structure adjustment,we must have the corresponding system innovation as the support.In the process of system innovation,the source and formation of system innovation should be further discussed.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to prove and explain the mechanism of convergent institutional innovation on the modernization of industrial structure.Through literature survey,comparative study,empirical analysis and other research methods,this paper studies the dialectical relationship between the convergent institutional innovation and the modernization of industrial structure.To some extent,this research enriches the existing industrial structure theory,which emphasizes the quantitative research of technology,but ignores the qualitative analysis of theory.In the first three chapters of this paper,the research status,basic concept and basic connotation of industrial structure modernization at home and abroad are defined.The first chapter is the introduction part of the paper,including the basis of the topic,research progress,possible marginal contribution and research methods.Chapter two is the theoretical basis of the thesis.Chapter three is the research framework of this thesis.In the fourth chapter,the action mechanism of convergent institutional innovation in the process of industrial structure modernization is explained in detail.In the fifth chapter,the author chooses the specific index of the convergent system to analyze the function of the modernization of industrial structure.In the sixth chapter,the author makes a detailed study on the evolution,motivation and the positive and negative effects of the endogenous system on the modernization of China's industrial structure.In chapter 7,developed countries represented by the United States,Japan and Germany are selected as research objects to analyze the impact of these countries' converged institutional innovation on the modernization of their industrial structure.In addition,developing countries represented by India and the former Soviet union are selected as research objects to analyze the experience and lessons of their converged institutional innovation in the process of industrial structure modernization.In the eighth chapter,based on the conclusions of empirical analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper discusses how to promote the modernization of China's industrial structure through convergent institutional innovation.In chapter 9,the conclusions and limitations of this paper are explained.The research of this paper shows that in the process of industrial structure modernization,the convergent system innovation is more beneficial to the modernization of industrial structure.Convergent system determines the essential characteristics of industrial structure modernization of different economies,and endogenous system innovation can provide new incremental incentives in industrial structure modernization and achieve pareto improvement of industrial structure modernization.In the new historical development stage,it is necessary to realize the modernization of industrial structure through the convergent system innovation.Based on the practice of industrial development in different countries in history,it can be found that the choice of the way of industrial structure modernization must be based on the actual national conditions and the way of industrial structure adjustment.For the modernization of China's industrial structure,in the stage of high quality development,this paper argues that we should pay more attention to give play to the endogenous institutional functions of different subjects.Market,government,enterprises and social subjective effect ought to be important role of the development.Besides,enterprising spirit,culture,scientific theories,the class foundation and new development idea should be treated as endogenous power.the most important thing is Optimizing the development of the industrial structures through the convergent system innovation network.Not only realize the overall modernization of the three industrial structures,but also realize the internal modernization of the three industrial structures.
