Social Network Analysis-Based Research On Patentees' Correlation Networks

Under the background of the rapid development of global science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition among countries around science and technology innovation,how to enhance our scientific and technological innovationability and the ability to prevent scientific and technological risk has become a problem that our country has to face.In order to enhance the decision-making support ability in science and technology innovation system construction and in science and technology risk prevention,making a systematic,comprehensive and objective analysis on patentees' information in a target technology field has become an important work.In order to make a systematic analysis on the overall situations of R&D institutions of the target technology field,and to provide a comprehensive and reliable decision support for scientific development strategy,the social network analysis method is applied to the patentees' correlation networks analysis.The research work mainly includes the following three parts:(1)This paper summarized the evaluation elements of patentees' comprehensive ability,which inluded the resource utilization ability,the technological innovation ability and the technological monopoly ability.On this basis,the methods of capacity measurement were studed.According to which,this paper defined the relationships between patentees,and constructed an information analysis model of patentees,which included 3 sub-models: the cooperative network anlysis model,the citation network anlysis model and the topic association network anlysis model.(2)This paper constructed a method and technology system for patentees' correlation network analysis based on Social Network Analysis methods.(3)Empirical research was carried out,and the method and technology system we studied in this paper was applied to the patentees' correlation networks analysis in the field of maize genetically modified technology,which revealed the overall situation of patentees in target technology field from macro,meso and micro perspectives,and the scientificity and effectiveness of the method system were verified.The innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in:An information analysis model of patentees is constructed,and from rom the method and technique level,the method and technique system based on social network analysis for patentees' correlation network analysis is established.
