| In today's world,synergetic development is an important subject in interregional economic development.With the progress of globalization and regional integration,a new round of technical and industrial revolution is accelerating.New industries,new industrial forms and new industrial models spring up in succession.Digitization,networking and intelligentization all accelerate.The interregional fluidity of elements such as people flow,material flow,fund flow and information flow has been significantly improved.At present,interregional economic cooperation has transcended its boundaries and involved multiple aspects such as geographic space,economic space and behavioral agents.Various behavioral agents at different levels(region,industry,enterprise,city,and etc.)play different roles in the economic system and make their relationships closer through the flow of various economic elements,and thus form the interregional economic cooperation effect with multiple connotations.Compared with the traditional regional economic coordinated development,today's regional economic synergetic development has some new important characteristics:(1)interregional cooperation becomes a way that the high quality economic development must pass along;(2)great emphasis is put on single industrial clusters,and interaction and mutual influence between different industrial clusters are underlined;and(3)great emphasis is put on single behavioral agents,and multi-level and multi-agent coordination is underlinedTherefore,challenge for interregional economic development turns out to be a problem of coordinating various subjects including industries,enterprises and regions formed on the basis of industrial clusters.Research on this sort of challenge needs to take into account industries,regions,clusters and other subjects as well as their relations.Against this backdrop,one of key practical problems in the progress of advancing regional economy is how to gain the insight of interregional economic synergy,understand the mechanism interregional economic coordination and further evaluate the synergetic effect of interregional economy in a bid to set up an effective system for interregional coordination that makes it possible for the high-quality development of economy.According to existing literature,interregional economic synergy research is focused on dynamic mechanism research,policy research,implementation path,and empirical research;the measurement of interregional economic synergy mainly relies on DEA model.Haken-Kelso-Bunz,and distance model.The connotations and mechanism of interregional economic synergy are less studied and remain unclear.Concerning the measurement of interregional economic synergy,the synergy effect at a single level is most calculated while the synergy effect among multiple levels is rarely considered,and the influence of the inter-subjective structure is also neglected in the measurement of interregional economic synergy.This paper studies mechanisms and connotations of coordinated development of interregional economy based on synergetics theory and defines synergistic effects of coordinated development of regional economy from the perspective of relevance theory,having certain theoretical meanings in clarifying the concepts related to coordinated development of regional economy.The interregional economic supernetwork model built in this paper can expand the scope of vision and application in this field and provide an effective tool for studying interregional economic synergy.The index system for measuring interregional economic synergy designed in this paper may also offer a quantitative basis for developing regional economic development strategies.Interregional economic synergetic development is realized by the competition and cooperation between subsystems of interregional economic systems and the non-linear correlative movements among each basic factor.This makes interregional economic systems form ordered structures which helps the multi-level,multi-faceted win-win outcome development mode for come true.Key factors for interregional economic synergetic development are interregional industrial relationship,industrial cluster and regions.The three elements promote each other and rely on each other,and there is an endogenous single level and multi-level coordination mechanism between them.As an effective tool to look at multi-subject,multi-level,multi-relational issues,the super-network is able to personify key subjects in the synergetic development of interregional economy as well as interaction within single-level subjects and among multi-level subjects.The establishment of model that covers key subjects of interregional economic system and reflects interaction within single-level subjects and among multi-level subjects during the coordinated development of interregional economy turns out to be the premise and building blocks for developing an indicator system that is able to measure how interregional economy is coordinated on the basis of associative architecture.Addressing the research question,this paper mainly looked into the following three aspects:(1)Analyzed and clarified the connotation and mechanism of interregional collaboration and established the super-network model of interregional economic systems.In chapter 3.starting from the establishment of the said super-network model,the paper first employed complex system theory and synergetic theories to analyze the connotation and characteristics of interregional economic collaboration;then,based on the correlative viewpoint,the paper further defined interregional economic synergies.After that,the paper clarified key factors for the synergistic development of interregional economy and analyzed the mechanism of the same on such a basis.In the end,according to corresponding subjects and the association of key factors in interregional economic systems,the paper put forward modeling principles and steps of the super-network of interregional economic system.(2)The theory and method of super-network were adopted to design indicators for measuring the synergy effect of each subject in the interregional economic system based on associative structure.This paper designed an indicator system for measuring interregional economic synergies,incliuding single-level driving effect,cyclic effect and intar-radiation effect based on node associative structure,single-level core structure effect and basic correlation effect based on sub-network structure as well as multi-level aggregation effect,diffusion effect and inter-radiation effect based on the super-network associative structure in accordance with the developing mechanism of interregional economic synergy and the connotation of the interregional economic synergy effect,enriching the method for measuring interregional economic synergy to a certain degree.(3)Studied the application of the super-network of interregional economic systems.In chapter 5 and 6,with the interregional economic system formed on the basis of the industry network cluster C1 developed in Shandong in 2012 as an example,the paper performed an applied analysis and built a super-network model of the cluster C1-based interregional economic system in Shandong,thereby analyzing the single-lavyer synergies and inter-layer synergies of the interregional economic development.In accordance with the results.the paper further analyzed problems existing in the synergetic development of the interregional economic system in Shandong formed on the basis of the cluster C and proposed targeted suggestions.Example applications verified the effectiveness of the super-network model herein as well as the reasonableness and operability of indicators of the synergetic development of interregional economy designed in this paper.This paper features the following innovations:(1)Defines interregional economic synergies from the perspective of-association and clarifies the mechanism of single-layer and inter-layer synergies in interregional economic development.In this paper,based on synergetic theories,the paper analyzed and explained the connotation of interregional synergistic economic development and creatively defined interregional economic synergies as "the overall effect generated by the single-layer and inter-laver non-linear associated movement of various components of the interregional economic system" based on the viewpoint of relational structure.The idea has enriched the connotation of interregional economic synergies to a certain extent.Starting from the extraction of key factors of the interregional synergistic economic development,based on the association analysis of the mechanism of interregional synergistic economic de.velopment,the paper creatively expanded the dimension of interregional economic synergies from single-layer and single-agent synergies to multi-layer and multi-agent synergies.(2)Creatively applies the super-network theory to the model building of the interregional economic system.Super-network is an effective tool for research of complex questions with multiple layers,multiple objectives.multiple agents and other characteristics.In this paper,by abstracting the interregional economic system with the super-network theory,the paper established a model containing key agents of interregional synergistic economic development and reflecting the single-layer and inter-layer interactive relations during interregional synergistic economic development,which has,to a certain extent,enriched the perspectives of research of interregional economic synergies.(3)Designs operable measurement indicators agreeing with the connotation of interregional economic synergies based on the relational structure.In this paper,from the perspective of relational structure,the paper designed an indicator system for measurement of the single-layer and inter-layer economic synergies in the interregional economic system.It has enriched the measurement of interregional economic synergies to a certain degree.Based on the complex network theory and the synergy theory,the paper seeks to analyze the basic insight and features of the synergetic development of interregional economy,identity and study the key factors bearing relations to the coordinated development of interregional economy.and look at the mechanism of the coordination in interregional economic progress.On top of that,the establishment of the super network model based on super-network theory for interregional economic system that reflects a correlative movement within single-level subjects and among multi-level subjects of the synergetic development of interregional economy has,to some extent.offered new paths and fresh ideas for research&application in this field.Built upon tne insight of synergetic effect of interregional economy and the mechanism of synergetic development of interregional economy,this paper manages to develop an indicator system that is able to measure how interregional economy is coordinated,thereby fleshing out the means of measuring coordinated effect of interregional economy to a certain degree. |
