The 21 st Century is the era of knowledge economy.Nowadays, knowledge has become a powerful weapon for the survival and development of modern society. In particular,it is essential to constantly improve their knowledge capacity in order for organizations, such as countries and enterprises,to secure a firm superiority under a global competitive system. In other words, knowledge becomes a powerful impetus for an organization to survive and grow in a rapidly changing knowledge society. In the knowledge society, the subject of knowledge is the person himself. That is,person creates, transfers and utilizes knowledge, and has the power to drive the knowledge society. Therefore, all organizations can secure a superior advantage in the global competition system when increasing the responsibility, ability, and role of the organizational members. In this paper, based on analyzing the influence of knowledge agents on knowledge transfer and the relationship between agents and organizational group attributes, the mathematical modeling is carried out by introducing the typical theories in physics to the knowledge transfer in an organization. The kinetic theory introduced in the paper was originally developed to statistically explain the motion of gas particles in the physical system. The purpose of traditional kinetic theory was to model macroscopic behavior of a system consisting of microscopic particles. In general, such a system contains so many particles that it is almost impossible to consider motion of each particle individually. Therefore, rather than analyzing positions and velocities of the individual particles, the macroscopic characteristics of the whole system can be obtained by examining their probability distribution.Due to such a statistical characteristics of the kinetic theory,it has recently begun to apply to socioeconomics. The possibility of introducing the kinetic model into socioeconomics comes from the following facts: the physical system(including large numbers of particles)and the social groups(including many agents)share many common features;macroscopic behavior is statistically predictable despite the inherent randomness of components(particles and /or agents);the computer and computational science has been developed rapidly. In order to study the process of firm's knowledge accumulation, this thesis is gradually divided into two steps. The first step is to study the process of acquiring firm's knowledge through the knowledge creation and the knowledge acquisition from external. In this process,we focused on exploring the influence of knowledge tacitness and knowledge depreciation. The second step, based on the first step of research,is build a more complete firm's knowledge accumulation model,by increasing the consideration for knowledge diffusion. In this process,we focused on exploring the influence of changes in knowledge potential on the knowledge accumulation. The main contents of this thesis is as follows.(1)Factors affecting firm's knowledge accumulation are theoretically analyzed.(2)The process of knowledge accumulation in a firm is modeled by the a gent-based model, and the influence of factors is quantitatively analyzed.(3)The Boltzmann kinetic model based on statistical physics is employed to mathematically explain the knowledge transfer process among agents in an organization.(4)The knowledge diffusion equation including source terms is proposed, and the lattice kinetic model is used to simulate the knowledge accumulation in a firm.During the research of this paper, the author try to take advantage of the existed outcomes, and thoroughly extracts the theory of knowledge transfer in an organization, the physical theory related to agent behaviors and the theory of knowledge dynamics.Based on these theories,a new method(i.e.,an econophysical model)for analyzing the knowledge transfer by using physical models is proposed.I think that this methodology is innovative in terms of theoretically as well as practical value.
