Research On The Evaluation Of Destructive Innovation Ability Based On The Perspective Of Corporate Social Responsibility

With the rise of new entrants into enterprises and rapid decline,academia and the business community have a great interest in studying the reasons for new entrants to subvert the incumbent enterprise.Through an in-depth study of the above phenomena,Professor Christensen,a renowned Harvard Business School scholar,pioneered the disruptive Innovation Theory in 1995 and first put forward the concept of destructive technology.Professor Christensen the innovation into the two categories of maintenance innovation and disruptive innovation,the first disruptive innovation theory is mainly used to explain how the incumbent enterprises in the destructive technology and market changes in the organic combination of the dilemma or failure.After a long period of research and revision,Professor Christensen expanded the concept of disruptive innovation to differentiate disruptive innovation from the way in which new products or service value attributes are offered,differentiating between two different types of disruptive innovations driven by technology-driven disruptive innovation and business models.Disruptive innovation,whether in the new enterprise,or in the incumbent enterprise will completely subvert the market structure of the industry,and caused some of the industry in the rapid decline of subversive enterprises.With the proliferation of disruptive innovation events,People have come to realize that disruptive innovation is promoting human society.While promoting the development of the industry and restructuring the market structure of the industry,it also has a negative impact on society,such as the formation of destructive innovation will cause similar to a large number of people's unemployment and the collapse of the supply chain of the incumbent enterprises,and other serious social problems,and thus have a significant irreversible such as the occurrence of the above,although it is a destructive innovation for the industry's original pattern of "destructive" role of a normal form of expression,but it has caused the international community to the emergence of disruptive innovation of new entrants,unable to bear its market position relative to the social responsibility of the unrest.From the perspective of the relationship between enterprises and society,enterprises and Society is a complementary relationship,enterprise development must rely on social resources,and social development needs to rely on the progress of enterprises.Although the contradiction between disruptive innovation activities and corporate social responsibility has been gradually highlighted,the current research results in academia are relatively small,using "corporate social responsibility".Disruptive innovation"."Evaluation" and other key words on the Cnki search tool,the feedback results are very few.This also reflects the existing academic research achievements,in this field on the lack of support for practical problems.Based on the above background,this article will focus on the destructive innovation ability and corporate social responsibility of the reflection of the relationship between the research,through the expansion of the enterprise's destructive Innovation Ability evaluation mode,from the perspective of corporate social responsibility to judge the level of disruptive innovation.In the specific work,this paper first systematically on the domestic and foreign destructive innovation and corporate social responsibility related literature and information to comb and study.Then,based on the analysis method of the system angle of view,this paper constructs the reflective mechanism model of destructive innovation ability,and puts forward the relevant research hypothesis based on this.Finally,based on the results of the research hypothesis,this paper proposes seven reflective indexes of disruptive innovation ability.In order to better measure the destructive innovation ability of enterprises,this paper constructs the evaluation Index system of destructive innovation ability based on the perspective of corporate social responsibility,and puts forward the use of economic contribution type Index,responsibility Governance Index,fair Operation Index,natural Environment category index,product liability category index,Community development indicators and work environment indicators,a total of seven indicators of the enterprise's destructive innovation ability to measure.In the process of constructing the evaluation Index system of destructive innovation ability,this paper puts forward the method of selecting index by using R-type cluster analysis + coefficient of variation analysis to avoid the disadvantage of traditional artificial subjective index selection,and improves the efficiency and rationality of index system.At the same time,in order to strengthen the applicability of the index system,the paper also adds the relevant content to the enterprise's important contingency consideration in the index system.Based on the evaluation Index system of destructive innovation ability,this paper constructs a destructive innovation ability evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process in order to reflect the ability of enterprise's destructive innovation.In order to avoid the shortcomings of traditional analytic hierarchy process,this paper puts forward a method of calculating the result of judging the destructive innovation ability of enterprises by using the geometric average method.At the same time,based on the practical situation of the scheme layer elements,this paper also improves the construction rules of judgment matrix,and improves the efficiency in the evaluation model calculation process.
