Compared with the rapid development of the research team in practice,the theoretical research on the research team is relatively behind.Compared with the research on the acceptance of research team,research on the formation of research team is relatively weak.From the life cycle of the research team,most of the existing outcomes focused on the problems after the formation of research team.Scholars didn't carry out a full research on the problems before the formation of the research team.Although some of research have discussed the problem about building research team,but most of them clarified personal ideas or experience using qualitative method.The research on the problem about building research team from the view of the model and the algorithm are still relatively lacking.As aspect to the evaluation of the research team,most of the existing outcomes are concerned with the performance evaluation of the research team,how to identify the authenticity and effectiveness of the research team has not yet attracted sufficient attention.The above problems leads people to construct and evaluation the research team subjectively and arbitrarily,and thus need to study these problems further.The dissertation includes six chapter;the main contents of each chapter are as follows:Chapter 1:introduction.This chapter elaborates the research background,research significance,research status,research logic,research methods,research contents and innovation of the dissertation.In the aspect of research status,the achievements and problems of the related research are elaborated from the following aspects:the knowledge supernetwork,the discovery of research team,the selection of members of research team,difficulty and countermeasure of research team formation,team formation based on social network,evaluation of research team.The logical structure of the dissertation is also elaborated.There are three innovations in this paper:proposing a method to calculate the degree of association between knowledge units,establishing two models of selecting team members,and designing the index system of research team evaluation.Chapter 2:basic concepts and theoretical basis.This chapter defines the research object of this dissertation,research team,from there aspects:concept,category and composition of members.This chapter defines the concept of knowledge supemetwork based on the definition of supernetwork and the type of knowledge network.This chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of the dissertation from four aspects:team formation model,knowledge measurement theory,integration theory and relationship strength theory.Among them,the knowledge measurement theory is the theoretical basis of knowledge matching degree calculation.Team formation model,relationship strength theory and integration theory are used to establish the selection model of team members.Chapter 3:selection of team leader.This chapter establishs a framework model for the selection of team leader using a knowledge supernetwork.The framework model contains two parameters:knowledge matching degree and network center degree.The knowledge matching degree describes the knowledge matching relationship between the candidate leader and the team goal,and the network center degree describes the position and role of the candidate leader in the cooperative network.This chapter proposes a method for calculating the degree of association between two knowledge units and applies it to quantitate of knowledge matching degree.This chapter also analyzes the rationality and effectiveness of selecting team leader using network center degree.Based on the quantification and analysis of these two parameters,this chapter proposes a selection method of team leader.Chapter 4:selection of team members.This chapter establishs a framework model for the selection of team members using a knowledge supernetwork.The framework model contains two parameters-knowledge matching degree and relationship strength.Knowledge matching degree describes the relationship between team members and team goal,and the relationship strength describes the relationship between team members.After quantizing the relationship strength,the framework model is transformed into three models:formation model,embedded model and integrated model,which are used to select the team members.Chapter 5:evaluation of research team.This chapter establishes the index system for evaluating the authenticity and validity of the research team.The evaluation indexes include two aspects:the state of knowledge and the state of cooperation.The evaluation index of knowledge state includes the depth of knowledge,the breadth of knowledge,knowledge gap,knowledge matching degree and knowledge compatibility.The evaluation indexes of the status of the cooperation include the number of cooperators of the team leader,the cooperation rate of the team leader,the contribution rate of the team leader,the cooperation degree of the research team,the cooperation scale of the research team,the participation degree of the research team,the cooperation rate of research team.Chapter 6:summary and prospect.This chapter summarizes the research of this dissertation from three aspects:the selection of team leader,the selection of team members and the evaluation of research team.The main shortcomings of the dissertation are as follows:semantic information is ignored in the course of calculating knowledge matching degree,deep comparative analysis of the selection model of team members is insufficiency,and the suggestion about how to set the weight of the formula of relationship strength isn't given.Some of the issues worthy of further research include:the establishment of team goals,calculating knowledge matching degree with background information,and the selection of team members with more constraints.The theoretical contributions of the dissertation are proposing a method of calculating the association degree between knowledge units,extending the team formation model based on social network,and establishing the embedded model and integration model for the selection of team members.The research results of the dissertation can provide theoretical and methodical support for the construction ofresearch teams,and provide reference and basis for the identification,and evaluation of research teams.
