| The level of informationization and regional innovation capability had been one of the main contents of the current economics research,which is the hot issues of common concern in academic and industry.Based on the analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad,this thesis discussed and analylized informationization and regional innovation capability's connotations,elements and characteristics,whose goals was to promote the development of regional innovation capacity in efforts to solve the problem of economic development by in-depth exploration of informationization.That means to promote the transformation of the mode of economic growth and economic development and carry out exploratory and pioneering thinking.Main conclusions of the work were as follows:(1)It had been found that the level of informationization was a significant direct contribution to regional innovation capability by the empirical test.With the staff inputs and capital investment variables under control,we used the fixed effects model to test the panel data of 30 provinces and cities from 2001to 2011,results showed that the level of informationization actively promoted reginal innovation eapability.This brings us to the revelation:in the era of eeonomic globalization and informationization,informationization level of a country not only reflected the comprehensive competitive strength of a country's economic development,but also reginal innovation capacity.We had got the important independent innovation achievements in the critical field of information technology in the future of informationization development process,that can not only promote other independent innovation of technology,but also achieve the strategical goal of innovative country.China's informationization strategy's forwarding will undoubtedly become a strong driving force for building an innovative country in the future.(2)The conintegration relationship between informalization and innovative capacity had been revealed.In this paper Pedroni and Kao test method,Nere,used to test cointegration relationship between five indicators of regional innovation capability and two indicators of informalization,the results showed that there werel the long-term significant cointegration among all the variables.(3)The interactions of Information technology and staff input in innovation exist.Information on the role of innovative output is not a simple linear relationship,which investment in human capital has the impact on innovation,the two have an interaction effect on innovation outputs.Therefore the dependence on information technology innovation and the quantity and quality of human capital can be more good to promote innovation output growth.(4)Information technology play an intermediate indirect role on regional innovation capability through innovative human capital investment,funding and innovation environment variables.Information not only have a direct effect on innovation outputs,but also indirect effect on innovation output through human capital investment,funding and innovation environment.Based on the former research theories,this paper innovated achievements in several aspects as follows:(l)to build mechanism model of information on innovation capacity and be confirmed;(2)to provide empirical evidence that information technology has indirect role on innovation capacity through innovation investment and innovation ability of environmental factors.This thesis can be a reference for the government to formulate informationization and innovative strategy,and can be contribute to innovation management science and information economics theory research,as well a wealth of informationization on regional innovation capacity.Dissertation contents help us to understand the role in supporting and promoting of information technology on building an innovative country.It will show the very important practical and long-term significance on further using information technology to promote the development of China's regional economic,as strategies to promote sound and rapid economic development. |
