Study On The Mechanism Of Synergistic Development Between Industrial Clustering And Urbanization Of Zhangpu County

China's largest development potential is urbanization in the next few decades.Since the reform and opening up,the pace of China's urbanization has been accelerated,which played an important role in expanding domestic demand,promoting economic development with a sustainable and rapid pace.But at the same time the problem such as poor urbanization development quality and weak industry support exsit,theindustry and urban development cannot form synergistic effect.The strategic task of new-style urbanization has been put forward at thel8thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the conception of synchronization of four modernizations is also appeared at the report of the 18th National Congress of CPC.The key points for synchronization of four modernizations exist in the problem of synergistic development between modern industry and urbanization.Zhangpu is a coastal county with a large of population.In resent years,the urbanization has proved to be effective.The development stratagies of urbanization in 12th 5-Year Plan of Fujian province Specify that the development levels of the small-and medium-sized cities should be promoted.The cities and counties including Fuqing,Changle,zhangpu,Wuyishan.Changting where have obvious geographic advantages,relative favourable industrial foundation and the sound development of economy should be developed firstly.In order to develop those areas into the central cities,We should improve the level of economic development,public facilities,population and Industry assembling.Hence,this article chooses zhangpu county which has the advantage of backwardness in industry and urbanization development as study object,tries to study on the problem of the synergistic development between urbanization and industrial clustering.The article summarizes domestic and overseas correlative research outcomes,probes into the mechanism of the synergistic development between urbanization and industrial clustering with the synergy theory?industry cluster theory and urbanization theory;empirically analyzes the related degree of urbanization and industrial clustering in zhangpu county with location quotient approach?factor analysis?correlation analysis and regression analysis,probes into the implement path of synergistic development between urbanization and endogenous and exogenous industrial clustering,accordingly give some conclusions and policy recommendations.The main content of the article includes the six parts as following:The first part is the theory basis and literature abroad urbanization development,summarizes the practice of home and abroad urbanization and the typical development mode of home urbanization,then according to the development situation of China's
