Industrial wireless sensor networks(IWSNs)are called "hybrid industrial sensor networks" because of the wide variety of sensors,the coexistence of multiple communication networks,and the complexity of industrial scenes.In addition,the IWSNs is an important foundation for implementing Industrial 4.0 and promoting intelligent manufacturing.The dynamic routing planning and reliability of hybrid industrial wireless sensor network are explored with the main innovations and contributions as following.(1)For the dynamic change of network topology and network coverage caused by random failure of sensor nodes and links,the reliable route planning method is designed for hybrid IWSN from the perspective of network topological evolution and reconstruction.Moreover,based on the characteristics of scale-free network and small-world network,a topology evolution model of WSN in industrial scenarios is built to improve the transmission performance and anti-destructive performance of the network.(2)For the lack of flexible extension management methods in the large scale of IWSN,the advantages of software defined technology is analyzed and introduced.Moreover,a software defined industrial wireless sensor network framework is constructed to solve large-scale network management,scale stretching and network coverage by the utilization of virtualization mapping technology in node management,as well as the network control and data packet forwarding separation technology.(3)For the lack of research on intelligent scheduling and data transmission model of mobile intelligence,the mobile intelligent elements is analyzed in the actual industrial environment,and mobile intelligence is used to support the data transmission of IWSN by establishing a task scheduling model.Moreover,the scheme introduces AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle),a common device for material transfer in industrial scenes,as mobile intelligence.A heuristic task scheduling model is built by combining the characteristics of industrial scheduling tasks with complex production environments.Furthermore,"temporary link" and "mobile ferry" transmission methods are designed for single or multiple node failure scenarios.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can improve the reliability transmission.(4)For the shortcomings of traditional wireless sensor routing protocols in industrial scenarios,a collaborative routing algorithm in industrial scenarios combining with the trajectory of mobile nodes is designed based on the hybrid industrial wireless sensor network framework and the task-driven and context-aware strategies of mobile devices(AGVs).The simulation result proves that the heuristic solution applied in the mobile node's mobile process can increase the data transmission channel of the wireless sensor network,repair the network data transmission path,and achieve the effect of assisting the wireless sensor data transmission,thereby improving the network reliability.
