Compared with the traditional active radar,the passive radar has the characteristics of strong concealment,strong anti-implicit ability,low system cost and easy deployment,which has attracted extensive attention from domestic and overseas scholars.With the multi-static passive radar considered as the research background,this dissertation carries out researches on target detection,tracking and receiver position error correction.Focusing on the knowledge-aided detection under the multi-static passive radar system without reference channel,maneuvering targets tracking with Range-Doppler coupling under the random finite sets model,measurement association ambiguity and receiver position error correction in single frequency network,I propose corresponding methods and verify the performance by simulations.The main contents are as follows:1.The knowledge-aided detection problem of the target under the multi-static passive radar system without reference channel is addressed.A generalized likelihood ratio detector model is established,which takes bandwidth information,peak-to-average ratio information,and waveform information of the external illuminator signal into account.We consider seven cases based on different constraints as follows: the bandwidth constraints,joint constraints of bandwidth and peak-to-average ratio,and the constraints of bandwidth-waveform similarity.The corresponding likelihood ratio detectors are proposed,respectively.Performance analysis shows that these detectors can suppress noise better,improve the estimation accuracy of the external illuminator signal,and have better detection performance than the existing detector.2.In the multi-static passive radar,the detection and tracking problem of maneuvering targets with Range-Doppler coupling of received signals is studied.According to the framework of the random finite sets theory,a multi-maneuvering target tracking model under Range-Doppler coupling is established.On the basis of the sequential updating method and multi-model multi-objective multi-Bernoulli filter,a multi-maneuvering target detection and tracking algorithm under Range-Doppler coupling conditions is proposed.The approximation method of particle filter is applied to solve the problems,i.e.,set integral existing in the algorithm and the highly nonlinear observation equation.The analysis shows the necessary conditions for the target to have no fuzzy tracking under this phenomenon.Finally,the improvement of target detection and tracking performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation experiments of corresponding scenes.3.The problem of target detection and tracking is studied under the single frequency network multi-static passive radar system.Based on the particle filter-based track-before-detect framework,the single-object likelihood ratio function of the single frequency network multi-static passive radar system is presented in the case of the target echo amplitude fluctuation environment,which directly avoids the data association process in the traditional tracking method and target ”ghosting” problem besides.The explicit solution of likelihood ratio function based on Monte Carlo approximation is deduced,which overcomes no analytical solution problem caused by integral term.Therefore,the track-before-detect algorithm for the uniform linear motion target and the maneuvering target is given,which realizes the detection and tracking of the target at low SNR and effectively alleviates performance degradation of existing methods at low SNR.4.The problem of target detection and tracking in the single frequency network multi-static passive radar system is studied in the case of receivers with position errors.The performance impact of the position error on the target detection and tracking is analyzed.The target state vector is extended and the dynamic and measurement model of the track-before-detect algorithm with receiver position errors is established.The joint target and multi-receiver likelihood ratio function is deduced in the specific form so that a track-before-detect algorithm for joint target detection,tracking and receiver position error correction is proposed.Finally,simulation experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm under low SNR,and it improve the performance of the target detection and tracking under the position error.
