With the rapid development and wide application of modern information technology, both higher performance and multifunctional requirements are put forward for the storage and exchange of data.Light-tunable organic phototransistor memory(OPTM),which utilizing light irradiation as an approach to program or erase data, are considered to have a promising development prospect and practical application value owing to the advantages of high density, fast switching, good data security and low dependence on electricity.Currently, the research on OPTM is still in an early state, and the practical application of this type of memory devices is mainly restricted by their low memory performance,as well as their paradoxical working mechanism. This dissertation focus on the polymer electret-based pentacene OPTM.The employment of polymeric storage layer brings unique advantages of light weight, large area low temperature processing and easy compatibility with flexible substrate.Effects of polymer chain structure, film microstructures and spectrum matching on both charge trapping properties and light response performances are invesigated,as well as its application in multi-level storage, intelligent light controlling and data encryption. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1,We study the comprehensive effect of thickness of polymeric charge storage layer thickness on the charge storage capacity, stability, power consumption, and put forward the "surface tunneling distance" model;2,In the premise of charge storage in certain thickness,we investigate the effect of microporous structure of polymeric electret on the charge storage and photosensitive properties;3,Based on the induction of self-doped surface microstructures induced by supramolecular interactions between polymer chains, the influence on the charge trapping properties are systematic studied;4,For a photosensitive polymeric electret-based OPTM,we observe the light induced current collapse phenomenon and for the first time develop a new evaluation index for the charge storage capacity of electret;5,The spectra matching and complementary characteristics are further study to constructe an all-in-one intelligent photomemory, which can be used for the data encryption technology.
