Research On Network Ideology Construction In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Ideology construction is of extreme importance of the Communist Party of China,it is also the core work to strengthen the Party's overall leadership over colleges and universities and to practice the fundamental task of cultivating talents through morality education.Nowadays,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With the further development of internet technology and the wide spread of mobile terminal devices represented by smart phones,internet has become the arena where various cultures and ideologies carry out competition.In the new age,ideology construction is confronted with not only more opportunities but also severe challenges brought by the development of internet technology.It has become an urgent and important task for ideology propaganda to firmly grasp the leadership,management and discourse power of network ideology.Colleges and universities are at the forefront of ideology work,shouldering the important task of spreading Marxist scientific theory,carrying out Marxist theory education,and cultivating builders and successors of all round development of morality,intelligence,sports,aesthetics,and labor of the cause of socialism.Strengthening and improving the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era is of fundamental,overall and long-term importance,which is the key to upholding the direction of socialist education and running socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to make an in-depth study on network ideology construction of colleges and universities of the new era.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature,this paper expounds the basic theories of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era,and differentiates and analyzes the connotation of relevant concepts.Then,starting from two dimensions of historical development and current situation,this paper reviews the development history and main experience of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities,and analyzes the development opportunities and realistic challenges.On this basis,the author constructs the implementation path of strengthening and improving the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era according to the reality of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era.According to the logic thinking mentioned above,this paper uses conceptual analysis,documentary study,network survey,and the method of combining historical logic with realistic logic,to make a deep and systematic research on the theoretical basis,historical logic,realistic logic and countermeasures of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era.This paper mainly includes the following three parts: Firstly,it puts forward the theoretical basis of the research on the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era.On the one hand,it summarizes the main viewpoints of Marxists on ideology construction and introduces relevant theories of political communication,network communication and new media theory.On the other hand,this paper differentiates and analyzes the basic connotations and related concepts of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities.Secondly,it clarifies the historical logic and realistic logic of the study on the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era.This paper divides the developing process of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities into three stages: exploration and response,vigorous development and comprehensive promotion,and summarizes the working experience from the aspects of sticking to problem orientation,innovation orientation and target orientation.At the same time,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges,especially the major problems of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities in the new era.Thirdly,it establishes the macroscopic thought and the microscopic strategy for the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era.Firstly,the author clarifies the target,idea and basic principles of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era.Secondly,the author puts forward from four aspects specific measures to solve the problems of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era,including content construction,battle field construction,team construction and method innovation.Thirdly,the author constructs a guarantee mechanism system for the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era,including responsibility implementation,result evaluation and evaluation incentive mechanism,collaborative governance and operation supervision mechanism,laws and regulations and technical guarantee mechanism,etc.On the basis of theoretical research,current situation analysis and practical discussion,this paper establishes the basic framework of the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era,and has formed a whole rather than sectional,systematic rather than scattered research system,hoping to provide useful theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of network ideology of colleges and universities of the new era.
