The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic requirement of "cultivating new people of the times to take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation" and answered profoundly the important question of" who should be trained,how,and for whom?" Colleges and Universities shoulder the fundamental task of "take high moral values establishment and people cultivation",and shoulder the historical mission of cultivating the "new people of the times" for the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor.Colleges and Universities must hold firmly to the overall lifeline of ideological and political education.The ideological and political education environment is a constituent element of ideological and political education.In the process of ideological and political education,the influence of the environment and the role of the individual are dialectically unified.On the one hand,the environment affects people.The ideological and political education environment affects the development of college students' ideological concepts,moral qualities,perfect personality and behavior habits.On the other hand,people can transform the environment.One can use subjective initiative to implement a purposeful and planned transformation of the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities to better improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education."Cultivating new people in the era of national rejuvenation" is the value logic of this study;"The dialectical unified relationship between environment and people"is the theoretical logic of analysis,we explore the principles,content,and paths for optimizing the ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities.Specifically,this paper includes the following seven parts in structure:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background of topic selection,the research significance,the research status of ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods and innovations of this paper.This part mainly lays the foundation for the comprehensive development of thesis research.The second part is the definition and interpretation of related concepts.First of all,the historical background of the "new era" is positioned from the perspective of time,space and
