Since 2003,abundant achievements have been made in the construction and application of online courses in domestic colleges.The online course construction system has basically been formed.It has made exploration and practice in promoting the collection and sharing of high-quality resources,promoting the reform of education and teaching,and improving the quality of personnel training.The rapid progress of information technology is obvious to all.It is a long-term development process to integrate the new technology supporting the construction of online courses into education.It's very important to review the evolution of the concept with online curriculum construction,reveal the path and core driving force of the evolution,and investigate the successful experience and existing problems.It's not only conducive to guide the construction at the present stage,promote the sustainable development,but also conducive to explore the internalization mechanism of information technology into education and build a new educational information ecosystem in the era of "Internet plus initiative".This study focuses on the theme of the evolution of online curriculum concept,and carries out analysis and demonstration from two clues.Firstly,it analyses and demonstrates the development course,policy text and practical effect,systematically analysis the background,origin and path of the evolution of the concept of online curriculum construction;secondly,it reveals the implicit theory of the evolution constructionc oncept under the explicit practice form,that is to explore the relationship between "people,education and technology".The core driving force of curriculum evolution is to analyze and judge the new orientation of online curriculum construction in the era of "Internet plus initiative".This study firstly traces back the development stage of online curriculum construction in domestic universities from the aspects of the needs and the times,technological evolution,and construction effect in a historical dimension.Secondly,the paper makes a content analysis and comparative analysis of the differences of construction concepts embodied in the policy texts at different stages of development,focusing on the internal logic of policy evolution.Thirdly,we use the methods of literature analysis,participatory observation and interviews to investigate the application effectiveness of online courses,and analyze the relationship between the construction concept and the application effectiveness.Base on this,this paper systematically analysis the core,differences and inheritance of the construction concept at different stages of development,describes the basic path of the evolution of the construction concept,and then reflect on the defects of the concept and the possibility to eliminate.From the educational value of technology,we refine the core driving force of the evolution of the construction concept in domestic universities.Finally,we should analyze and judge the right orientation of online course construction in Chinese universities.Excellent Courses,Excellent Open Courses and Online Open Courses are not only the three important stages of the development of online courses in domestic universities,but also the explicit form of the evolution with the concept of online course construction in domestic universities.There are inherent logic between the three,but also the extension of online curriculum development.The construction concept of online courses in domestic universities has realized the evolutionary path from "focus on construction or application" to "integration construction and application " to "application promote construction".From the beginning of the construction,emphasis on the construction of curriculum resources to realize the digitization of teaching resources and the networking of teaching channels,and gradually evolved into advocating interaction of online courses,paying attention to user experience,and realizing the change of "user-centered" learning mode.Until the advent of the era of big data,online courses are expected to achieve personalized education.With advocating the deep integration of education and technology to create a new education ecology with "intelligent symbiosis".The core essence of the evolution process of construction concept is to focus on the application of online courses instead of focusing on resource gathering.From merely focusing on how to apply technology to the field of education,it has evolved to focus on why technology should be applied to education and how to achieve educational goals through technology.Throughout the evolution of the online curriculum construction concept,we can find that the concept of online curriculum construction gradually focuses on the application of curriculum from the construction of resources.Its essence is to replace the concept of "integration" with "deep integration",which shows the common determination of decision makers,researchers and practitioners: The process of changing educational ideas and concepts should not only stay at the level of "technology learning" and "technology application",but also establish the internalization mechanism of educational information technology in the field of education.When information technology and education are deeply integrated,"information technology and people,education" can form a stable ecosystem.This is the core driving force for the evolution of online curriculum,and also the return of online education.In the era of "Internet plus initiative",the role of "Internet+" in promoting the overall transformation of education and restructuring the educational ecosystem is becoming increasingly prominent,which provides an innovative path for Chinese comprehensive education reform and online curriculum construction."Internet +" as the innovative elements of the reconstruction of digital education ecosystem,provides theoretical support and external support for the construction of a new educational ecosystem.Therefore,taking the advantage of "Internet +",the concept of online curriculum construction in domestic universities should gradually shift from "resource sharing" to "wisdom symbiosis",which is embodied in three aspects: innovate teaching mode to realize the educational ecosystem of "teacher and learner integration,knowledge and innovation symbiosis",innovate service mode to realize the diversified public service education ecological system,innovate the management model to realize the "trinity of teachers,learners,learning resources" education ecological system.
