The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to ideological and political work in college and university since the 18 th CPC National Congress.Aiming at ideological and political work,President Xi Jinping has made several important speeches,which are of great significance to improve ideological and political work in college and university theoretically and practically.“The key to improve the efficiency of ideological and political work in college and university under the new situation is to promote the affinity and pertinence in ideological and political education,so as to meets students’ need in development and expectation” Xi stated at National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities on December 7th,2016.What is affinity and pertinence in ideological and political work in college and university? The writer believes that affinity refers to the infection,the persuasion and the influence to college students in ideological and political work,while pertinence means to employ different ways and carriers for different groups of college students.All in all,the core of proving the affinity and pertinence in ideological and political work in college and university is to promote the infection to the educators,carriers and environment during the ideological education process,so as to using different ways to educate students properly.With the increasing development of social economy and information technology in 21 st century,there is a radical change in learning style,communication approach and gathering way of college students.For one thing,traditional ideological and political work cannot keep pace with the time,so that it is not attractive and influential any more.We are wondering what happened to contemporary college students ideologically and behaviorally.Whether everything we offer to he students is what they exactly need? On the other hand,since the rich connotations is given to ideological and political work in college and university.Educators,the main part of ideological and political education,do not refer to teacher groups along any more but many other groups,even in the virtual world.Whether these groups can meet the actual requirement of the ideological and political work and all-round development of college students? In addition,the environment of the ideological and political work in college and university turns into a kind of trinity,society,colleges and families,which cannot be divided.Therefore,it is worthwhile to explore in depth whether the three aspects can combine together tightly.Facing to the confusion above,the writer focuses on the infection of ideological and political education for college students from four elements,which have impacts on ideological and political work,namely educators,education objects,education carriers and education environment.Starting from the real needs of the ideological and political work in college and university,using the relative theories for reference,such as psychology,sociology,pedagogy,etc,combining theoretical research and empirical analysis,the writer is trying to analyse the infection process and degree of different types of college students under different education environment,so as to clarify the general rules and the inner mechanism of how ideological and political work infects college students,to provide theoretical foundation and practicing approach for promoting the efficiency of ideological and political work in college and university,and to give an echo to the demands of the time,such as “promoting affinity and pertinence in ideological and political education” and “ideological and political work should be everywhere like air”.there are 5 chapters in 3 parts in the thesis.Part one,chapter one and chapter wo included,mainly tries to analyze certain theoretical basis and to define relative theory.Chapter One is the foundation of the research.It teases out the current state of research and uses relative point of views for reference.Chapter Two is to state fundamental theories,to define the infection of ideological and political education,intrinsic motivation and the degree of infection.Part two,chapter three and chapter four included,mainly summarizes the effects of infection in ideological and political education.Chapter three tries to analyze that how different educators,various education carriers and diverse education environment infect college students by empirical study,so as to make contrastive analysis on the features of variate of different groups of students in demography.Based on empirical study.Chapter four is going to promote the theory of Infection in structure,inner mechanism and general rules.Prat three,chapter five only,focuses on how to optimize infection in ideological and political education and intends to give advice from the following four aspects,educators,educatees,education carriers and education environment.
