In his report to the 19 th CPC national congress,Xi Jinping made it clear that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Standing in the historical position of the new era to examine the ideological and political education of students,it is very urgent to figure out who to cultivate and what kind of people to cultivate,which is also the practical task of the development of ideological and political education discipline construction.Through the study of literature and related policy,files,and curriculum standard research,it can be seen that the current students’ ideological and political education connotation of the target is not clear,the theoretical basis is relatively backward,and behind The Times development and student development practice,general objective,learning objectives,curriculum goal mutually coordinate,especially between large,medium and small school period of target divided between university and primary and secondary objectives.In order to meet the demands of research,this article unified the research context,unifies the moral education from the essence and the student thought political education two basic concepts,define the new era from the ideological and political education to the students the scientific connotation of ideological and political education goal,the realization of the ideological and political education in terms of essential connotation of the basic unified,thus laid a discourse system and the theory foundation of this article.This paper puts forward that the systematic construction of the ideological and political education goals of students in the new era should be based on the needs of The Times on the one hand.From the five dimensions of economy,politics,culture,diplomacy and the requirements of general secretary xi jinping for students in the new era,this paper comprehensively and systematically explains the requirements for students’ ideological and political literacy in the new era,and studies and judges the needs of The Times for students’ ideological and political education goals.On the other hand,we should systematically reflect on the current ideological and political education goals.This paper reviews the social background and theoretical basis of the current ideological and political education goals for students,and reflects on the theoretical and system construction,in order to better fulfill the mission of The Times of ideological and political education of students,to cultivate a great national rejuvenation of the new era.On the basis of the above research,this paper presents a new era,the student thought political education target system to build theoretical model: namely,to the methodology of marxist philosophy,the basic principle of system science and the scientific results in the study of education target as the theoretical support,follow the direction principle,time principle,open principle,developmental principle,subjective principle,scientific principle and the principle of integrity and other seven major principles,stressing the need to adhere to the six basic direction: a medium integration should take the systematic design;Second,we should unify the inheritance of the excellent Chinese traditional ideological and political education culture with the reference of foreign advanced ideological and political education theories and successful experience.Third,we must strengthen the ideological and political education goal and the student life actual contact;Fourth,we should explore and build a relatively stable target structure to promote the integration of ideological and political education resources and realize the iterative development of target research and content construction.Fifth,we should put students in the main body of ideological and political education,give full play to students’ initiative,stimulate and develop students’ consciousness;Sixth,we must take the law as the criterion and focus on improving,adjusting and integrating innovation.Under the guidance of the theoretical model,this paper also puts forward the practice model of system construction: namely,the system construction of the overall goal takes the lead to form the core quality of students’ ideological and political education under the guidance of the overall goal;The learning objectives are promoted by hierarchy,and a hierarchy system from low level to high level is constructed.The course objectives of each learning section are specific and the system construction is basically completed.The theoretical model and practical model have basically completed the research task of this paper.Under the guidance of the two models,we explored and constructed the goal system of ideological and political education for students in the new era,which is not only the practical example of the theoretical model,but also the deepening of the system construction theory and the research of this paper.First,it puts forward four core qualities and the corresponding basic points of each core accomplishment,namely,Chinese excellent virtue,scientific thinking mode,core value belief and feelings of the country and the world under the guidance of the general goal of cultivating socialist builders and successors,forming the general goal system.Second,under the guidance of the general goal system,the goal system of primary school,junior high school,senior high school and university is constructed systematically.Third,the curriculum goal system of ideological and political education in primary school,junior high school,senior high school and university is constructed systematically.In this paper,the logic clue of constructing the target system is followed on the basis of the study and life gradually expand the development of the students’ social,gradually improve the understanding of the structure,and gradually improve the character of psychology,gradually rich experience and gradually enlarge the life pattern of field of vision,gradually the ideology of freedom and gradually enhance the ability to act as a clue,with independent,repairing,lead,experience for paradigm,with
