With the support of domestic policy and the improvement of competitive environment,China Super League has ushered in a valuable development opportunity,but the overall level of technology and tactics needs to be improved.It is imperative to further explore the technical and tactical characteristics and winning rules of the CSL.From the big data analysis methods and obtain information obtained by professional football technical and tactical analysis software,based on in-depth understanding of modern soccer development trend and tactics features on the tactics from the critical success factors(CSF)perspective,to build the super team tactics of key performance indicators(KPI)system for deep super team tactics and game rules core elements the cognitive analysis of scientific research and promote competition,combined with training practice has a certain practical significance.This paper mainly applies software analysis,video observation and mathematical statistics to build a key performance index system for Chinese Super League teams.1.The key performance indicators of technology and tactics(KPI)is a group of highly ordered specific quantitative information used to measure athletes in football(team)technical and tactical performance,the most direct way to measure technical and tactical performance of athletes(teams)in game,It has a decisive effect on the skill and tactical level of the team and the performance of the team.The key success factor method is a scientific,novel and effective method when constructing the key performance index system of technical and tactical.2.According to the 6 important moments of a football match,preliminary select 13 critical success factors(CSF)of technology and tactics of CSL teams,including interception capability,1vs1 defensive ability,compression ability,from attack to defense ability,foul frequency and harmfulness,set ball defense ability,passing ability,ball control ability,attack speed,the ability to create scoring opportunities,shooting ability and from defensive to offensive ability,set ball attack ability.According to this,80 technical and tactical performance indexes of CSL teams are selected.3.Through the application of software analysis and mathematical statistics method,80 super team technical and tactical performance indicators are analysed,13 key performance indicators that have a significant impact on the winning or losing of CSL competition are determined,namely: goals,scoring index,throw-in frequency,successful number of throw-ins success rate of throw-in defense,success rate of crosses,corner frequency,successful number of corners,free-kicks frequency of opponent,successful number of free-kick defense,surrounding and tackling frequency,clearance frequency,the frequency of forward passing after ball gained.The 13 KPI for exploratory factor analysis can be divided into 5 factors: attacking&shooting efficiency factor,control after throw-in factor,corner attack factor,free-kick defense factor,individual and group defense factor.Finally,a key performance index system of CSL including 5 technical and tactical critical success factors(CSF)and 13 technical and tactical key performance indicators(KPI)was constructed.4.The key technical and tactical indicators of the Chinese super team are influenced by the competition situation.In different locations(home games and away games),there is a significant difference in the success rate of crosses.In the matches with different opponent(upstream team and downstream team),there is a significant difference in the successful frequency of free-kick defense.
