Dialogue theory is an old and new topic,and the management of college students is a realistic and complex problem.From the perspective of dialogue theory,the management of college students is not accidental,it is not only the criticism and inheritance of the existing management style,but also the response to the contemporary dialogue society.The construction of college student management in the view of dialogue theory is a kind of practical activity on the basis of dialogue theory.In this thesis,the theory of dialogue as the theoretical concern for the reform of college students management,in order to build a vibrant,equal and democratic,effective reflection of college students management model,and on this basis to cultivate students' dialogue rationality,and guide their dialogue life.Based on literature analysis,logical analysis,case analysis,comparative study and other methods,the whole study runs through such a clue.Starting from the practical problems of college studentsmanagement,this thesis analyzes the meaning of dialogue theory and defines the connotation of dialogue in this study,explores the possibility of dialogue management.Secondly,from outside toinside to analyse the mechanism of dialogue management,and then from inside to outside to study three kinds of dialogue practice,reappear dialogue case and phenomenon,expound dialogue skills and ideality,finally formed a three-dimensional picture of dialogue management of college students.Except the introduction and conclusion,this thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter,introduces the basic concept,organizational structure,concrete content,systematicallysort outcurrent situation and primal problem,analyzes the inherent limitations and the crux of the problem of the actual student management mode.The second chapter,based on the previous studies and the realistic characteristics of college students' management,explains the inevitable connection between the theory of dialogue and the management of college students.Resort to equalrecognition of the two sides,rational communication,common cooperation and participation,open creative thinking,dialogue theory gives the necessity of its application in the management of college students.At the same time,the unique characteristics of college students' management and the dialogue character of college students highlights the concept of dialogue,and gives the possibility of its application in the management of college students,these two are also the correspondence between the theory of dialogue and the management of college students.At the same time,this thesis defines the meaning of "dialogue",emphasizing equality,participation and reflection.In the third chapter,from the perspective of dialogue theory,the thesis makes a deep theoretical discussion on the management of college students.First,the right of speech to grant and obtain;second,the turn to alternate and convert;third,the definition of the characteristics;fourth,the understanding of the limitations and relativity.Centering on these four central issues,the thesis argues that the logical premise of realizing dialogue management is the right of discourse and the determination of public sphere;the operation mechanism of dialogue is to reach a certain consensus;deliberative democracy is the core of college students' dialogue management;it also defines its applicable conditions,scope,type,etc.In the fourth chapter,explores the applicability of the theory of dialogue in the management of college students.On the one hand,the foreign student management mode undoubtedly opened a window for us;on the other hand,according to the management of the students in our country,through the concrete,deep and detailed case analysis,the thesis puts forward the practice of dialogue management in three positions,that areequal dialogue management,participatory dialogue management and reflective dialogue management,which are echoed the meaning of dialogue in the second chapter.Through the interpretation of these "ecological" discourse to analysis the dialogue skills in student management.In the fifth chapter,gives a preliminary answer to how to realize the dialogue management of college students,that is pursuing dialogue ideal,fusing dialogue subjects,building dialogue platform,creating dialogue environment,and ultimately tothe dialogue management of college students.This is the mission of education.Needless to say,in a time of change,through the innovation of student management mode,it is helpful for college students to gain the power of adults,and then to complete the turning point of their lives.This is our common expectation and hope.
