Objective:The research in aging muscle atrophy in patients with as the research object,determination of the research object in June of practicing Qigong after skeletal muscle morphology performance indicators and specific serum biomarker changes of fitness Qigong for elderly patients with age-related muscle atrophy and aging of new muscle atrophy in patients with effective exercise intervention method,for Fitness Qigong health fitness function provides a new mode of thinking.Method:The research to the old hospital in Wuhan city 200 elderly people(over 65)as the research object,through grip strength(women's equal to or less than 20kg,man is equal to or less than 30kg),speed(less than or equal to 0.8/m)and skeletal muscle quality(man is less than or equal to 10.76 kg/m~2,the woman is less than or equal to6.76 kg/m~2)measurement,screening age-related muscle atrophy subjects 60.The subjects were randomly divided into Health Qigong exercise group and control group,30 persons in each group,and 30 healthy aged people were selected as healthy group.For each basic physical indexes(body mass index(BMI),percentage of body fat,visceral fat content)and exercise conditions such as exercise duration,exercise programs,skeletal muscle morphology and function index(grip strength,walking speed,leg circumference),serum specific biological signs(serum PIIINP,superoxide dismutase(SOD),osteocalcin,muscle growth chalone(GDF-8),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),serum irisin,tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF alpha),brain-derived neurotrophic factor),SARC-F and SF-36 evaluation test.Health Qigong intervention in June,the baseline values of the three groups of subjects were measured before and after the exercise program.The control group and health group were not intervened in the same period of time,but the activities of daily living,and the indexes of skeletal muscle were measured.Result:In the study group of 28 patients,mean age 73.23±3.22 years old;29 cases of healthy group,mean age 74.50±3.45 years old;28cases in the control group,the average age of 76.25±3.84 years.Compared with the experimental group,healthy group and the control group,three groups of elderly people,in the sex ratio and age,were statistically different(P>0.05).Basic physical indexes:through six months of Yijinjing exercise,the experimental group BMI by 19.24±3.43 rose to 23.02±2.25(P<0.05),fat percentage from 31.14±2.56 reduced to 27.82±3.68(P<0.05),waist to hip than 0.91±0.07 to reduce(P<0.05),visceral fat content from 2.70±0.99 reduced to 1.73±0.67(P<0.05);while the control group and the healthy group BMI,percentage of body fat,waist to hip ratio and visceral fat content had no significant change.Skeletal muscle function related indicators:the control group and experimental group before the experiment quality of grip strength,pace,skeletal muscle,calf circumference and so on various indexes were lower than healthy group(P<0.05),the experimental group after six months of exercise grip strength(20.45±2.37)than in the control group(13.65±2.45)and(13.74±2.7),compared to before the experiment is very significant difference(P<0.01);Experimental group after six months of pace(1.44±0.21)higher than the control group(0.68±0.35)and(0.57±0.57),compared to before the experiment is very significant difference(P<0.01);Quality of the experimental group after six months of skeletal muscle(18.96±2.46)than the control group(10.98±1.67)and(10.34±2.72)before experiment,very significant difference(P<0.01);Group six months after the calf circumference(34.85±1.90)than in the control group(29.21±1.67)and(30.68±1.14)before experiment,the very significant difference(P<0.01).After test,the experimental grip strength,pace,skeletal muscle mass,crus surrounds and so on various indicators and health groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared three groups of patients serum P?NP levels,the results show that the experimental group and the control group before the serum P?NP than in healthy group(P<0.05),the experimental group after six months of exercise,the serum P?NP before level is lower than the control group and experimental group(P<0.01),after six months of the experimental group and healthy group no significant difference(P>0.05);Compared to three groups of subjects superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels,results showed that the experimental group and the control group before SOD is lower than the healthy group(P<0.05),the experimental group after six months of exercise before the serum SOD levels higher than the control group and experimental group(P<0.05),after six months of SOD in the experimental group and healthy group no significant difference(P>0.05);Compared three groups of subjects osteocalcin(BGP)levels,results showed that the experimental group and the control group before BGP is lower than the healthy group(P<0.05),the experimental group after six months of exercise of BGP level before is higher thjan the control group and experimental group(P<0.01),six months after the experimental BGP is higher than the healthy group(P<0.05);Compared three groups of subjects myostatin(GDF-8)level,the results show that the experimental group and the control group before GDF-8 than in healthy group(P<0.01),the experimental group after six months of exercise of GDF-8 before level is lower than the control group and experimental group(P<0.01),six months after the experimental GDF-8 and health groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);Compared three groups of subjects of insulin growth factor 1(IGF 1)level,the results show that the experimental group and the control group before IGF-1 is lower than the healthy group(P<0.05),the experimental group after six months of exercise levels of IGF 1 before is higher than the control group and experimental group(P<0.05),six months after the experimental IGF 1 and health groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);Compared three groups of participants,the serum levels of Irisin results show that the experimental group and the control group before Irisin than healthy group(P<0.01),the experimental group after six months of exercise before Irisin level is higher than the control group and experimental group(P<0.01),six months after the experimental Irisin than healthy group(P<0.05);Tumor necrosis factor alpha than those three groups(TNF alpha)level,the results show that the experimental group and the control group before TNF alpha than in healthy group(P<0.01),the experimental group after six months of exercise of TNF alpha before level is lower than the control group and experimental group(P<0.01),six months after the experimental TNF alpha and health groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);Compare the three groups of subjects brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels,results show that the experimental group and the control group before BDNF than in healthy group(P<0.05);The experimental group after six months of exercise before BDNF level is lower than the control group and experimental group(P<0.01);Six months after the experimental group of BDNF and health groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Through long-term fitness Qigong Yijinjing exercise,muscle atrophy aged skeletal muscle function index grip strength,pace,bone quality and calf Wai were improved obviously,fitness Qigong Yijinjing exercise for elderly age-related muscle atrophy curative effect is significant,worthy of promotion.(2)Age-related muscle atrophy will lead to a decline in the quality of life of the elderly,affects the physical and mental health of the elderly,and the fitness Qigong Yijinjing in addition to relieve and prevent age-related muscle atrophy,but also the prevention of elderly people,for a variety of chronic diseases,improve the patients psychological and physical condition,to improve the quality of life of the elderly.(3)Skeletal muscle related regulatory factors,hormones and inflammatory factors:somatostatin of type III collagen N-telopeptide,superoxide dismutase(SOD),osteocalcin,muscle,insulin-like growth factor-1,iris),tumor necrosis factor alpha,brain-derived neurotrophic factor in age-related muscle atrophy shrink down or high expression exists in the elderly,and these factors may involved in the pathogenesis of age-related muscle atrophy,and fitness Qigong Yijinjing can improve the levels of the above factors,which may is fitness Qigong Yijinjing treatment of age-related muscle atrophy has better effect in the mechanism of action.
