Research On The Construction Of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Community Of Shared Future

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)Community of Shared Future is an idea put forward by China after the first expansion of the SCO,which has theoretical and practical guiding significance for the stability and long-term development of the SCO.Simultaneously,SCO carries the multiple missions of building the Community of Shared Future for Mankind,the Asian Community of Shared Future and the Surrounding Community of Shared Future,and its smooth construction is of great significance for SCO and superpower diplomacy with Chinese characteristics and global governance system.By incorporating the concept of the SCO Community of Shared Future into the vision of the international community,it can be regarded as a four-in-one composite regional community consisting mainly of values community,security community,interests community and emotions community among the SCO member states.On this basis,the establishment of the SCO Community of Shared Future is to promote the SCO member states to build SCO into a model of solidarity and mutual trust,a model of shared security,a model of mutual benefit and a model of mutual learning on the basis of common values,common security,common interests and common sentiments.Through systematic and in-depth research on the ideological resources,existing foundations,main challenges,and basic paths for the establishment of the SCO Community of Shared Future,it can be found that the SCO Community of Shared Future idea has rich and profound thought resources in the heritance and development of Chinese traditional culture and political thought and Marx's “real community” thought.At the same time,it has absorbed the valuable experience of the basic practice of New China's participation and creation of international organizations.After nearly two decades of development,member states have laid a certain realistic foundation for the establishment of the SCO Community of Shared Future in terms of common values,common security,common interests and common emotions.However,in the above four dimensions,the construction of the SCO Community of Shared Future still faces a series of challenges.In view of the fact that the establishment of the SCO Community of Shared Future is a complex and arduous long-term task,member countries need to draw up the value path,the security path,the interest path and the emotional path of the construction of SCO Community of Shared Future.On this basis,an integrated path to build SCO Community of Shared Future will be formed.
