| With the rapid development of Internet information technology,the popularity,popularization globalization and intelligence of the Internet are profoundly affecting and changing all aspects of human social life.Informatization has brought a golden opportunity for the construction and development of a nation-state.It has also potentially intensified social contradictions and become a window for people to vent their emotions.The emergence of network public opinion provides a place for citizens to seek out channels of expression of interests outside the system,but also exposes the defect of traditional administration,prompting the government to reform and innovate in order to meet the needs of modern governance.Governance of network public opinion has become the theme of governing the country.Governance of network public opinion is not only an important part of governance of cyberspace,but also an important subject faced by our country’s national governance,government governance and social governance in the tide of informatization.This paper focuses on the action logic,Realistic Dilemma and path selection of the governance of network public opinion in contemporary China.Based on the governance theory,the author tries to make an abstract analysis and Empirical Study of the evolution process and governance mode of network public opinion in many network emergencies.By using literature analysis,comparative study,case study and questionnaire survey method.The author try to find the regular understanding with realistic explanatory power,that is,to form a general path and model of network public opinion Governance in network mass incidents and emergencies.The main contents are as follows:1.Discuss the background,significance and current research situation of network public opinion governance,mainly to systematically sort out and summarize the relevant achievements.This paper sums up the basic perspective of network public opinion research from the aspects of concept definition,constituent elements,characteristic analysis,type division,formation and evolution,influence effect and function.From the perspectives of inter-annual changes of papers,core institutions,high-yielding authors,Journal distribution,keyword analysis and research path evaluation,this paper presents the basic outlook and analysis approach of domestic network public opinion governance research.Especially with cite space and other visual analysis software,using the correlation between keywords,subject words and so on,this paper shows the hotspots and subject relevance of the research in this field,and evaluates and prospects the shortcomings of the existing research and the starting point of the follow-up research.2.Definition,research basis and analysis framework of related concepts of network public opinion governance.This paper defines the connotation and extension of several core concepts,such as public opinion,network public opinion,public opinion management and public opinion governance,and analyses their differences and interrelations by comparative methods.Then it discusses the current research of network public opinion governance from three aspects: paradigm transformation of network public opinion research,entry of governance theory and evolution mechanism of network public opinion risk.Then it discusses the application of three analytical frameworks in the practice of network public opinion governance in contemporary China,namely,the management of network public opinion from the perspective of tool-value,the governance of network public opinion from the perspective of situation-process,and the resolution of network public opinion crisis from the framework of structure-function.3.The occurrence mechanism and performance characteristics of network public opinion.Through data statistics and typical case description,this paper analyses the current situation of network public opinion.The formation of network public
