In the All-media Era,major changes have taken place in the overall social communication environment and communication ecology,and new changes have taken place in the characteristics of ideological and cultural communication,the needs and interests and concerns of audiences.Emerging media based on the Internet and mobile Internet,as subversive forces of traditional information communication methods,are changing the overall social communication system and power structure,and changing the government-led information communication model with media institutions as the basic unit in the traditional media era,reconstructing the relationship of communication and rights between the media and the people,all of these have increasingly enhanced the discourse power of the audience.The new era changes and technological environment are changing the way and form of Marxism transmission.It also requires Marxism to keep pace with the times,continuously absorb new era content,and actively respond to new problems and challenges.At present,diverse social ideological trends are active,which strongly squeezes the space of mainstream ideology.Technology upgrades have also expanded and accelerated the coverage and spread of various social ideological trends,and the security of mainstream ideology has been threatened.In addition,the content,modes,methods,carriers,and mechanisms of Marxism communication lag behind the requirements of the times;there is also a lack of convincing answers to some major practical and theoretical issues that the people care about.All of these have weakened the attractiveness and appeal of Marxism,hindered the effective spread of contemporary Marxism,and even lead to the "crisis of Marxism belief" which has been hotly debated in academic circles and even the general public.In the all-media era,to improve the existing communication mode,to improve the communication efficiency of Marxism,and to realize people's theoretical,political and emotional identification gradually,we can achieve the above goals by constructing a scientific communication mechanism.This paper focuses on the discussion of the "actual" state of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era,and follows the basic thinking of "what-why-how".First of all,combs the general theories and basic concepts involved in this paper,comprehensively examines and analyzes the elements of the communication mechanism of Marxism from a systematic and holistic perspective,and clarifies the reasons and significance of studying and optimizing the communication mechanism of Marxism from a theoretical perspective.Secondly,starting from the situation of Marxism communication in the All-media Era,explores the opportunities and challenges faced by the communication mechanism of Marxism,analyzes the problems existing in the operation process of the Marxist communication mechanism,and then put forwards the construction ideas of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era.Thirdly,specifically examines the construction path of the Marxist communication mechanism in the All-media Era and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The first chapter is the general theoretical analysis of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era.This chapter conducts a general theoretical analysis of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era.The main contents include the relevant concepts,the constituent elements of the Marxist communication mechanism and the theoretical and practical significance of this study.The above contents are taken as the starting points of this study.The focus of this chapter is on the definition of the concepts of all media,the All-media Era,mechanism,Communication mechanism and the communication mechanism of Marxism.By defining the relevant concepts,analyzes the constituent elements of the communication mechanism of Marxism,and then explains the significance of optimizing the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era.The second chapter is about the new era situation of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era.This chapter analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the optimization of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the all-media era,including the favorable support for the popularization of Marxism by the technology upgrading,the spillover effect brought by the upgrading of information technology,and the communication opportunities brought by the renewal of people's ideas;in addition,the negative impact of the overall communication environment in the All-media Era,the value concept and thinking mode of the communication subject need to be updated urgently,the attention of the communication audience is scattered by various media platforms,and the media at all levels have not yet adapted to the changes brought about by technological updates.All these have led to the weakening of the influence of mainstream ideology and even new challenges such as the crisis of Marxist beliefs.The third chapter is about the problem analysis and construction framework of the Marxist communication mechanism in the All-media Era.This chapter starts with an analysis of the operating characteristics of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era,and discusses the problems existing in the operation of the current Marxist communication mechanism.It mainly includes the organization method and comprehensive quality of the communication subject that restricts the effectiveness of communication,the update of communication content lags behind the actual needs of the audience,various types of communication resources have not yet been effectively integrated,which hinders the smooth operation of the communication,and the interaction feedback between the communication subject and the communication audience needs to be strengthened and so on.On this basis,the paper puts forward the construction framework of the communication mechanism of Marxism in the All-media Era from four aspects:the subject coordination mechanism,the content innovation mechanism,the resource integration mechanism and the feedback evaluation mechanism.The fourth chapter is the subject coordination mechanism of Marxism communication in the All-media Era.In the era of all media,the main body of Marxist communication include not only the main forces of traditional media era:organizations at all levels of the Party and the government,academic research institutions,educational subjects at all levels led by colleges and universities,and official media organizations at all levels,but also the subject expansion brought by the development of the times and technology upgrading.The main expansion objects are the mass media practitioners and some propaganda forces from the self-media,etc.However,at present,there are many problems in the communication subjects at all levels,such as the lack of systematic coordination,the political quality,the theoretical quality,the professional quality,the media quality and the application ability of new technology.Therefore,we must strengthen the top-level design,give play to the synergistic advantages of the main body of all-media communication,and optimize the main elements of the Marxist communication mechanism.The fifth chapter is the content innovation mechanism of Marxism communication in the All-media Era.In the era of all media,the spread of Marxism is still the era when content is king.The content innovation mechanism of Marxism communication is mainly reflected in two aspects:the content innovation and the discourse expression innovation.The content innovation of Marxism communication can be realized by changing the focuses of Marxism communication in the All-media Era,adjusting the contents of Marxism communication to adapt to the development and change of the times,and updating the contents of communication in connection with national strategy and social practice.The innovation of discourse expression needs to work from three perspectives:focus on the human-oriented perspective of the interpretation of communication content,promote the integration of multiple communication discourses,and adapt to the discourse preference of the people in the era of all media.Chapter VI is the resource integration mechanism of Marxism communication in the All-media Era.With the rapid development of new technology,the All-media Era has provided Marxism communication with more abundant information resources,media resources,and regulatory resources than ever before.How to make good use of these resources and platforms is the key to improving its communication efficiency.An all-media connected media platform should be created to realize resource sharing among different media platforms and further build an all-media communication system;We should integrate the explicit and implicit communication methods to further enhance the effectiveness of Marxism communication;It is necessary to integrate multilevel supervision resources,strengthen the supervision of the all-media communication space by means of the big data,and continuously strengthen the ability of public opinion guidance.The seventh chapter is the feedback and evaluation mechanism of Marxism communication in the all-media era.Study the new changes of the characteristics of ideological and cultural communication in the all-media era,and on this basis accurately grasp the characteristics of the psychological expectations and the ideological and behavioral acceptance characteristics of different groups.Based on the people's interests,we should constantly improve the ability of using Marxism to solve practical problems,consolidate and improve the interactive feedback mechanism between the communication subject and the communication audience.Relying on the knowledge and methods of Marxism,political science,communication science,sociology,statistics,psychology and other comprehensive disciplines,we will conduct comprehensive analyses of the Marxist communication model,clarify the subject,standard and corresponding interactive feedback of the evaluation of the communication effects of Marxism,establish and improve the effect evaluation mechanism for the spread of Marxism.
