At present,from a global perspective,the discourse pattern of " Western countries are stronger than China" remains unchanged,and the discourse power competition is fierce.From the perspective of domestic society,the discourse situation of ideological and cultural field is heterogeneous.In order to maintain the security of socialist ideology,the ideological and political education needs to stand firm in the impact,reach consensus in differentiation,sing the main melody in a variety of sounds.The research on the discourse power of ideological and political education is a field that needs to continue to discuss in depth.It is both a theoretical proposition and a practical proposition.As a theoretical proposition,it is necessary to trace the theoretical origin of the discourse power of ideological and political education,clarify the basic essentials of the discourse power of ideological and political education,grasp the dynamic development of discourse power of ideological and political education.Firstly,from the perspective of the theoretical origin of the discourse power of ideological and political education,Marx and Engels discussed issues related to discourse power of the ideological and political education,including language medium,ideological dominance,practice foundation,theoretical thoroughness and critical struggle.Lenin elucidated scientific ideology,infusion theory and theoretical criticism.Chinese communists put forward the thoughts of mastering ideological leadership,adhering to a good academic atmosphere,taking the mass line well,strengthening public opinion guidance,starting theoretical struggles,and focusing on language arts.At the same time,the relevant theories of western scholars also have theoretical implications for the study of the discourse power of ideological and political education.Among them,relatively high theoretical relevance to the discourse power of ideological and political education are Gramsci's "ideological leadership",Laclau and Murphy's "discourse leadership",Foucault's "discourse power",Habermas' s "discourse communication".Secondly,from the basic essentials of the discourse power of ideological and political education,I mainly expand from the concept of "discourse-discourse power-the discourse power of ideological and political education".The research focuses on ideological and political education in contemporary China.It believes that the discourse power of ideological and political education refers to the Communist Party of China and its members are qualified and capable to express and spread socialist ideology guided by Marxism through purposeful,planned and organized discourse,gaining universal recognition of members of society,and leading the ideological behavior of members of society.The discourse power of ideological and political education is the unification of discourse right and discourse power.It has the characteristics of dominance and diversity,productivity and repression,ought to be and reality.It consists of the right to theoretical innovation,the right to academic dialogue,the right to interpret ideas,the right to criticize the trend of thought,the right to guide education and the right to guide public opinion.Thirdly,from the dynamic development of the discourse power of ideological and political education,it explores the generation logic and dynamic game of the discourse power of ideological and political education.The logic of generating discourse power of ideological and political education includes truth logic,value logic,practice logic,power logic and discourse logic.It uses the historical nihilism as a case to analyze the dynamic game of the discourse power of ideological and political education.Taking the ideological and political education as the main point of view on the criticism of historical nihilism,it analyzes these issues including subject participation and media occupancy(Who said? What media to say?),issue setting(What to say?),framework construction(How to say?),effect evaluation(How is it?).As a practical proposition,it is necessary to grasp the realistic picture of the discourse power of ideological and political education and to explore the construction of the discourse power of ideological and political education.Firstly,from the realistic picture of the discourse power of ideological and political education,it analyzes the practical problems,constraints and solid foundations.In terms of real problems,the right to theoretical innovation is impetuousness,anxiety,inertia,and unrealistic.The right of academic dialogue has problems such as discourse gap and discourse level distinction in academic dialogue,imbalance of academic dialogue between domestic disciplines and lack of international academic dialogue.The right to interpret ideas has problems such as a mandatory interpretation of Marxist texts,interpreting Marxism with western theory and certain misunderstandings in the interpretation of the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism in China.The objective situation facing the critique of the trend of thought is still complicated,and the critical social foundation has the risk of being deprived.The right to educate has the problems of over-correcting the dominance of the educator's discourse and the abandonment of the right to express the dialogue of some educated people.At the domestic level,the right of public opinion has the problems of reduced mainstream public opinion,insufficient credibility,weak response to major public opinion crisis and insufficient attention to opinion leaders.At the international level,there are relatively passive issues,national image smearing,and international communication capabilities.The discourse power of ideological and political education faces the pressure of Western discourse hegemony,the impact of discourse power brought about by the transformation of Chinese society,and the challenge of discourse power brought by information network.However,the improvement of the country's hard power,the enhancement of people's sense of access,the manifestation of cultural self-confidence,the comprehensive management of the party and the development of disciplines have laid a realistic foundation for the construction of the discourse power of ideological and political education.Secondly,from the perspective of the construction of the discourse power of ideological and political education,it aims to realize the new consciousness of the development of ideological and political education,enhance the influence of socialist ideological discourse and train newcomers in the era of national rejuvenation.It adheres to the principle of combining political orientation with scientific orientation,combining critical struggle with inclusive dialogue and combining Chinese sentiment with the world's vision.In order to improve the theoretical innovation of ideological and political education,it is necessary to follow the "cold and hot logic","new and old logic" and "critical logic" of theoretical innovation.In order to enhance the academic dialogue of ideological and political education,it is necessary to create an academic community in which originality and consensus are unified,seize the theoretical commanding heights,enhance the thoroughness of the theory,cultivate a reasonable academic exchange mentality,build an international academic exchange platform.In order to strengthen the ideological and explanatory power of ideological and political education,it is necessary to uphold the principle of objectivity,the principle of the times and the principle of popularization of ideological and interpretation.In order to polish the critique of ideological and political education,it is necessary to stand firm of daring to criticize,keep clear-headed of being good at criticism.It is necessary to respect teachers and improve the quality system of educators to maintain the dominance of educators.It is necessary to enhance the attraction of ideological and political education discourse and establish the true superiority of ideological and political education to activate the right to speak of the educated.It is necessary to improve the media literacy of ideological and political educators,improve the guiding mechanism of public opinion,pay attention to opinion leaders to improve the guiding force of domestic public opinion.It is necessary to improve the ability to set international issues,promote the construction of think tanks with Chinese characteristics,improve discourse strategies and build discourse platforms to improve international public opinion guidance.
