| As a well-known newspaper with important influence in modern China,Ta Kung Pao has gone through three stages since its publication.It has become a typical representative of modern mass media in China.The news,editorials,short comments and articles published by Ta Kung Pao have become valuable materials for the study of modern Chinese history.This paper mainly focuses on the content of public opinion composed of the news and short comments of Ta Kung Pao,supplemented by the voices of Shen Bao and other publications when the Kuomintang directly ruled North China from August 1932 to July 1935.Combining with the influence and restriction of the monopoly ideology of the Kuomintang at the core of the policy of "governing the country by the Party" on public opinion in this period,it mainly studies the formation of justice between the two.The relationship between relativity,paradox and subordination to authority and education extension.There are more than 320,000 words in the full text,including four parts besides introduction and conclusion.The main contents are as follows.First,the formation and implementation of the Kuomintang’,s policy of"governing the country by the Party"on the impact of public opinion.After Sun Yat-sen s establishment of political foundation,Dai Jitao’s reconstruction of philosophical orientation and Chiang Kai-shek’s promotion of institutional system,the Kuomintang’s policy of"governing the country by the party"has completed the interpretation and establishment of its core ideology and realized the transformation to the core ideology of the ruling class.At the same time,the Kuomintang’s policy of "governing the country by the party"is the core content of political culture or ideology,and its socialization also refers to the political agenda of the national government.Since the main way of the socialization of political culture is through mass media propaganda and the popularization of campus education,the Kuomintang’s policy and the support of Chiang Kai-shek.Third,Ta Kung Pao conforms to the main content of the Kuomintang’s policy of"governing the country by the Party"."Three People’s Principles"is the core of the Kuomintang’s policy of"governing the country by the Party,which is an important manifestation of its support and propaganda.It also provides news reports and media comments on the progress and development of the national government in nationalism,civil rights and livelihood of the people.It has become an important manifestation of Ta Kung Pao’s compliance with the Kuomintang’s policy of"governing the country by the Party,despite the reality of China.In the aspect of nationalism,the people’s government is more manifested as"weak country without diplomacy"and tired of running for
