| With the policy of reform being implemented in China for more than 30 years,a great change has been made in the economy in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan,which has made the region of Qinghai-Tibetan become the focus in the west part of China.So,a systemic research on the questions such as the relation between nationality and religion,and the harmonious development of the society in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan is of great significance.This paper,based on the questions about nationality and religion and the harmonious development of the society,makes a comprehensive analysis of the belief of religion and the questions about nationalities,which has become the hot topics in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.Meanwhile,the author,by making an on-the-spot investigation in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan,knows how the theory of CPC for nationalities is practiced and the imperfection of the theory.It is known that Chinese government,for many years,has spent so much on sustaining the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.But a big issue that Chinese government must attach importance to is how to make the policies for nationalities be implemented thoroughly,how to make the problems related to religion be solved.Only by doing so,the region of Qinghai-Tibetan can get rid of the influence of the function of the traditional,ethnic religion.The author believes that Chinese government has ever been very careful and serious in making the policies for the nationalities in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.It has attached much importance to the development of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan:holding five different conferences about the questions of Tibetan,appropriating special fund to support the development of this area.With the help of Chinese government,the nationalities in the region of Qinghai and Tibetan benefit a lot.But,some separatists are in defiance of Chinese government’s respect to the religion and abuse the respect for unlawful activities.The separatists rioted in 1987,2001 and 2008,which caused a heavy loss of the life and property of the region of nationalities.For these riots,Chinese governments concerned have their own fault.They think these riots result from the left-wing views.They think it is not expected that the separatists are willing to give up their idea of dividing China and a severe punishment of separatists can do anything.The author thinks the social stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan is a big issue,which contains a complete,complicated system.This paper,one the one hand,is based on the key point,the nationality and religion,as the kernel of the research,and on the other hand,based on the relations and interrelations among the system,the elements of subsystem,the elements of other systems,makes a logic analysis of the system.By studying the theory and analyzing how the theory is practiced,the author thinks the factors that influence upon the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan are many,but the most important factor is the nationality and religion.So,in analyzing the factors influencing upon the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan,the author regards the environments both in China and outside China as the external variables,and nationality and religion in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan as internal variables.The author’s purpose of doing so is to verify what are the deep elements in the nationality and religion that influence the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan,and to make a theoretical comparison and an analysis of a case.Based on the normall form of this issue and the latest research done by the scholars on the issue,this paper,with the perspective of nationality and religion,firstly attempts to discuss the question about the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.Secondly,this paper makes a research on the logic relations of the indispensable theory and its practical relations.Thirdly,by the means of demonstration of the theory and analysis of the evidences of the case,this paper explains the necessity of the nationality and religion influencing on the stability of the region of Qinghi-Tibetan.Fourthly,this paper,based on keeping to the unique functions of the history and nationality and religion of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan,provides the evidence for the solution of the longstanding problems and the immediacy of the problem at present.Fifthly,this paper,theoretically offers the means and countermeasures of sustaining the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan and the harmonious development of the nationalities in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.The whole paper can be divided into introduction,body(seven chapters)and conclusion.This paper,with the guidance of the theory of nationality and religion and the thought of the social stability of Marxism,by adopting the way of comparing and analyzing from the perspective of history and logic,attempts to make a deep analysis of the history,the present condition,problems,reasons of the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.Chapter One is Introduction.This part firstly analyzes the dimension and the normal form of the issue,then this paper explains the significance of this research,literature review home and abroad,the framework of the paper,the research questions,the methodology of the research,difficult points in the research,and the innovation of the research.Chapter Two mainly analyzes the basic system of the theory of the nationality and religion and social stability,which can help research on the questions of the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.Firstly,this part makes a definition and analysis of the concept related to the social stability and the nationality and religion.Then,this part makes a deep analysis of the theory about the nationality and religion from some Marxists and revolutionary theorists,as well as their thought of the social stability.Finally,this paper makes a brief introduction about the western researchers who have done some research of the social stability.Chapter Three makes an analysis of the particularity which the social stability hasto face with in the influence of the nationality and religion in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.The author of the paper believes that in the new age,besides the factors such as ecological condition,urban-rural differences and undeveloped economy that have a negative impact on the welfare of the nationalities,the other factors such as the separation of nationalities and religion severely impact the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.Therefore,this paper,based on the negativity of the basic nature of theseparatists,their destructive activities and foreign anti-China forces’ harm,mainly reveals the deep reasons that influences upon the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.The author believes that it is the particularity of the ethnic religion that determines the stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan to be the central part.The interests of a country and the social stability are closely interrelated.The interests of a country influence upon the development of the social stability.Similarly,the social stability is the measure of interests of a country.The social stability is the component part of the interests of a country.Chapter Four makes a review and analysis of the process of the history about the social stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan from the three aspects based on the perspective of the ethnic religion.By this way,the author thinks that the central government in different periods attached much importance to the issue of the social stability,especially the issue of the nationality and religion influencing upon the social stability.Finally,this part makes a statement of the experiences and lessons that our country has in sustaining the stability of the region.Chapter Five makes an integration of the present conditions of the social stability of Qinghai-Tibetan,and this chapter also makes a deep and comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the social stability based on the perspective of the ethnic religion.The author thinks that the ethnic religion and the Chinese tradition are mutual synthesis,in which the negative attributes of the ethnic religion,the disharmony of the religion and the thought of the ethnic separatists are influencing upon the social stability.Chapter Six makes an analysis of the social stability from these aspects:the structure of the ethnic religion in the region of Qinghai-Tibetan,the distribution of nationalities,the separatist movement of Dalai Lama’s forces,foreign anti-Chinese forces.Chapter Seven makes a statement about the strategies and measures that ensure the social stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan.The strategies and measures are as follows:Firstly,to advocate a dialogue with civilization among nationalities.Secondly,to establish a long term mechanism to sustain the social stability.Thirdly,to ceaselessly complement and perfect the policies and regulations of the nationality and religionIn the Conclusion Part,the author thinks the national separatism is the predominant factor affecting the social stability of the region of Qinghai-Tibetan as well as the most troublesome problem affecting the social stability.Therefore,the fight against secession should be planned and taken into consideration in all-round way in Tibetan and Qinghai.In fighting against the secession,it should be noticed that national separatists will take advantage each other to be engaged in the activities of secession.Besides,a long term mechanism and measures should be established and taken.Finally,the welfare of nationalities should be improved. |
