characteristics today.The 19 th national congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics should be guided by Marxism,and should be adhered the position of Chinese culture,and should be based on the reality of contemporary China.The protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is one of the most important issues.Marxist culture view is a scientific culture theory based on historical materialism,which has important guiding significance for the practice of culture construction.Although from historical view,Marx,Engels and others did not directly used the term intangible cultural heritage(for the reason that there was no systematic discussion at that time,on the related issues that are classified as intangible cultural heritage today).The great thinkers' close attention to the Greek Mythology,Homer Epic and music drama,customs system is the specific content of today's intangible cultural heritage.It presents the important thoughts on the essence,value and development of culture of Marxist cultural view,which provides the basic standpoint and method for us to understand the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.In this context,this paper chooses the Marxist culture view as the theoretical basis to study the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.This is not only conducive to solving the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,but also conducive to deepening the understanding of Marxist cultural view.Guided by the Marxist cultural view,this paper adopts the method of combining historical theory and extensively draws lessons from the relevant research results,and makes a more comprehensive and in-depth protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.In addition to following the general principles of Marxism on the development of cultural inheritance and development,it is necessary to combine the principle of protection and utilization with the principle of scientific development,and to proceed from the attribute characteristics of intangible cultural heritage itself.It is
