?Ten Scenes in Fujian?was jointly painted by painters Sun Yi,Liang Heng,He Hong,Chen Mian in Qing Dynasty.The painting album describes the famous tourist attractions in the middle part of Fujian,which visualizes the landscapes and cultural traditiorns in Fujian.This painting album was painted when the Qing Government recovered the domination of Taiwan and made it as the tenth part of Fujian.The selection and combination of these ten scenes reflects the status of politics and territory changes in Qing Dynasty.The selections of these actual scenes,the way painters named them and the classical presentation demonstrated their strong connections to the arise and development of places of interest,showing the cultural concepts at that time.?Ten Scenes in Fujian?was customized paintings for the social activities between confucianism scholars.With the help of textual research to the imperial examination held in Fujian,we know social affairs between these confucianism scholars in the past.When exploring further,we know about a group of Confucianism "Rons cun"scholars,of which the center is the famous official Li Guangdi in the beginning of Qing Dynasty.Under his lead,these confucianism scholars became a strong power in politics and academy,which can't be ignored in the Kangxi era in Qing Dynasty.At that time when Cheng Zhu Confucianism Renaissance rose and the the rulers of the Qing Dynasty decided to build a unified order in politics and moral.The successful development mode in politics and academy of these scholars sets a good example for other scholars in the beginning of Qing Dynasty.The preface and postscript of?Ten Scenes in Fujian?,works and poems of these scholars and numerous historical notes shows us a vivid social life of these scholars:they built a social elite network through their daily collection of textual research,friends gathering and poems writing.All these activities had an influence on the their development in politics and academy in their lifetime.The landscapes in?Ten Scenes in Fujian?show the lifetime of Zhuzi,which echoes with the preface and postscripts of traditional moral and knowledge of Zhuzi,cohere with the academy and beliefs of these scholars and highlight the cultural theme " the complement of articles and landscapes".?Ten Scenes in Fujian?is the combination of traditional painting,Confucianism and wonderful scenes,in which "Rongcun" scholars were a part of important historical events in the beginning of Qing Dynasty.Their fates had a close connection with the politics and cultural reality of the couintry.The development mode of these scholars was a specfic example of all scholars in the beginning of Qing Dynasty.Either their political career or cultural activities made them become a group of elites in the Qing Dynasty.
