In the early years of Zhenguan in the Tang Dynasty,Qunshu Zhiyao was ordered by Emperor Taizong of Tang and written by Wei Zheng,Chu Liang,Yu Shinan and Xiao Deyan for the need of ruling the country.It was a systematic collation of ancient books and records of great historical significance about the knowledge of governance in the three thousand years between the ancient five emperors and the Sui and Tang Dynasties,As a reference book for Taizong's achievement of "the Rule of Virtue" and for the creation of Chenghe in the peaceful era of Japan,and the important role played by the prosperous times during the Zhenguan years and the Chenghe years,it had outstanding practical guiding value and theoretical research value.The soul and core of Qunshu Zhiyao lies in its moral education thoughts,which are highly concentrated in the spiritual characteristics of the local cultural traditions of ancient China.It is of fundamental research significance to thoroughly understand the moral education thought contained in Qunshu Zhiyao,whether to understand the rule of group books or to guide real life.Meanwhile,it can also provide a convenient way for us to systematically understand the characteristics of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the outline of governance,and to distinguish the science and error of policy and strategy in the process of moral education.In view of the moral education thought of Qunshu Zhiyao,it focuses on life practice,which is aimed at solving the real problems in life and is directly related to the cultivation of body and mind.The research in this paper takes the attitude of "life toward the inside" and "the learning from the inside" as the attitude.This paper focuses on the spiritual and psychological aspects as well as the relationship between the universe and life on the interpretation of Qunshu Zhiyao.On the basis of predecessors' academic results,it takes into account particularity and universality at the same time,probes further into the theoretical and factual basis of moral education thought,and grasp its source and context from the perspective of the internal relationship between the top and the bottom,self and others as well as body and function.The paper aims to understand more accurately the inherent spiritual tradition of Chinese culture reflected in Qunshu Zhiyao,namely the spirit of moral education,human spirit and national spirit,so as to understand more deeply the historical influence it has had and its enlightenment significance to the current social life.In terms of the structure of this paper,the first chapter gives an overview of the characteristics of Qunshu Zhiyao,introducing the overall characteristics of the book,the principle of teaching source,the content of literature,the stylistic rules and the functional value of the book,so as to see the formation soil of moral education thought as the core meaning of the book.The second chapter explains the clear and profound meaning of "moral education" in Qunshu Zhiyao,pointing out that it is not only different from the western cultural reference,but also different from the popular opinion in today's society.Based on the content of Qunshu Zhiyao,the meaning of the enlightenment and the nature of the Chinese philosophical ethics and the methods of research,it can be seen that moral education should not be recognized as something outside itself.Enlightenment is the moral influence aimed at establishing personality,setting up customs,restraining evil and promoting good,and it is the effect of moving and developing on the basis of both sides of ethics and the natural flow of the heart.This enlightenment,according to the principles and methods in accordance with human nature and the laws of nature,is the essence of the Chinese moral learning highlighted in the book,is also the lifelong pursuit of personality of intellectuals in ancient times and the political ideal advocated by the emperor.Moral enlightenment derives from the spread of the idea of the people of the ancient saints,helping people discover their hearts from ethics education and performing purification work in accordance with the people's conditions,so as to help them achieve the full goodness and achieve a happy life.In order to deepen the understanding of "moral education",this paper analyzes the relationship between morality and knowledge,and between morality and ethics respectively.This paper points out that morality is not objective knowledge,but it is the practice of life and unity.The purpose of morality lies in self-cultivation,which is achieved through due diligence in ethical relations.The spirit of ethics lies in valuing the other party and being selfless.The practice of both is fundamentally in the development of good nature.Morality depends on people's heart,and the life attaches great importance to people's social life.Therefore,what kind of morality there is--the level and level of mind,there will be such ethical relations.Morality is the sustenance of human life,while ethics is the soil for moral achievement.After finding out the meaning of moral education,the third chapter focuses on explaining the theoretical basis of moral education thought in Qunshu Zhiyao.Pointed out in this paper,based on the understanding and the respect of the facts,a person will put his moral life in the first place and always bring up consciousness,in order to have the ability to benefit the home countries and realize the value of eternal life,he will cultivate morality and forge ahead.This existence fact is the universal view,social view and life value that can be seen everywhere in Qunshu Zhiyao,namely the unity of man and nature,the unity of the self,the family,the country and the world,the unity of the past life,present life and the life after death.The paper each has a full view of human life in the space between the time and vertical history of the world,and it presents the power source and the strong belief foundation of the Chinese ancients.Knowing the structure of human being clearly,no matter how education is applied or received by both parties,the respect for human life and the cognition of the importance of permeates will be raised to a certain height.In the specific teaching and learning process,it is easy to know what should be the root,the center,the second place and the choice.In the fourth chapter,the practical method of moral education of Qunshu Zhiyao is explained from two aspects of teaching and learning through the interpretation of the representative texts in the book.From the aspect of teaching,it is pointed out that its core is to purify people's hearts,to respect and promote morality,and the key is to practice by the government.From the aspect of learning,it is pointed out that self-cultivation is based on tao and tao is based on benevolence.Benevolence is the symbol of human being.The development of benevolence and morality needs to be achieved through introspection and self innovation.On the concrete practice,it is necessary to understand the significance and principles of the saints' teaching,to firmly pursue the truth for the purpose of life,not for self-gratification by obtaining some talent,and not chasing the external fame and fortune,and can constantly reflect on their own,correct mistakes and achieve self-improvement.Only in this way can we improve our moral knowledge and become saints.Only in this way can we improve our moral knowledge,and even be the sage.Respect for teachers is the maintenance of moral education and is necessary to continue the rule of the sage,and it is also the sustenance of China's long civilization to carry on and keep pace with the times.Therefore,at the end of this paper,the rites of the respect for the teacher and his teaching is emphasized again.
